Both drinks came out with a pretty green color, no clumps, very smooth and were not too sweet. Matcha flavor wasn't too strong but you can taste the matcha still- so if you want more of stronger matcha presence I would recommend adding another shot to the drinks. I'll probably do that when I visit again- Both drinks were delicious. Customer service 10/10 and the place seemed super comfortable and relaxing! And evidently it is a customer favorite because while I was there I heard and least 5 other people after me order it. I recommended Insomnia and she loved it. The bakery items are also terrific. I am a croissant freak, and theirs is now my 3rd favorite. My first is anywhere in Paris, 2nd is Bakery Noveau in Seattle. My third favorite was La Provence, but the version at Insomnia is even better. It flakes crumbs as it should.
