The Jelly Donut shop box and what is inside that I ordered.
Sandy A.

My daughter and I were out finishing our Christmas shopping. I wanted a couple custard filled donuts which are hard to find. Most donut shops serve "jelly" donuts. So I Googled donut shops near me, we were in Pleasanton, on there Google ad I though I saw the custard powder sugar donuts that I was looking for in their pictures. I called them and yes they serve them. She held 3 for me. My daughter and I arrived shortly after and were very impressed with their selection. They have tables to sit. The atmosphere is normal for a donut shop. My daughter loves the donut with regular sugar on it. Also sometimes hard to find. We were helped by a middle age woman and a young man I assume was her son. Family businesses are awesome! They gave us our orders and added a "free" duplicate sugar donut for my daughter and several munchkin type glazed donuts with my order. That was very kind of them. I will definitely keep them in mind and return. I will also refer them to family & friends. Thank you "The Jelly Donut" shop!!

Classic cake, apple fritter, Boston crème, blueberry cake, glazed, & jelly in the middle.

The donuts were fresh, soft, & light. We tried the glazed, jelly filled glazed, Boston crème, original, blueberry cake, & an apple fritter. Our favs were glazed & the original cake. Only complaint was the jelly filling wasn't our fav- maybe it was mixed berry flavored, but I would've preferred strawberry.

They were out of two donuts I wanted that was supposed to get delivered but they were placed them with different donuts these donuts are huge and delicious and fluffy and fresh I will definitely order from here again they're a bit overpriced but they're delicious

Selection around 11 am - go early if you can!

This is our go-to establishment for donuts. We go every few weeks - when we have friends over for brunch, when we want to celebrate a good soccer game, or just because on some days there is nothing better for the soul than sinking one's teeth into a perfect donut! The missus prefers their crullers and maple donuts, our younger one anything with sprinkles on it, our older one the chocolate eclairs, and I go for the jelly-filled ones - the gooier and drippier the better! There's lots of parking and the prices are reasonable. They are super friendly and the lady who runs it usually adds in a complementary donut into our box! We will be back!!

Delicious donuts. A great variety of flavors. A super clean and friendly establishment. Advanced orders welcomed. Amazing, top-notch, professional customer service. I came here based on a recommendation and was not disappointed! I was doing a staff appreciation event and had a lot of donuts to order. I asked them to attach signs to the donut boxes and put flags on the donuts so that people could easily get their donuts without touching anyone else's donuts. I realize that this was a pretty unique request but they had no problem fulfilling the request exactly how I wanted. I would definitely use them again for a large event and their donuts were so good. I would definitely go there again for donuts.!!!

Pretty wide range of donuts that this places carries. Since I knew I would be in the area, I scoped this place out for its rave reviews and got one dozen with half normal and half of their fancy donuts including plain glazed, sprinkle donuts, sugar coated, custard-filled, cinnamon roll, apple fritter, and jelly-filled varieties. The filled donuts had a minimal amount of filling and the dough for all of them except for the cinnamon roll (maybe because it had a lot of glaze) was pretty dry. The lady that helped us was very attentive and friendly, but I would not come back here if I wanted a good donut in the area although the people I got the donuts for would disagree.

I stopped by here for a quick pick-me-up on my way to pharmacy at Rite Aid, and boy these doughnuts were just what I needed!! So many options to choose from and so prettily decorated! Our mouths were watering just looking at the selection displayed! I was craving a lemon filled one which they didn't have, so the server offered to make one for me!! So kind of him! The doughuts here are always fresh, soft, and delicious! Not too sweet which I really like Hard to have just one! Coffee was really good too! There was steady steam of patrons. Neat and well kept place. Friendly staff. Ample parking outside because it's in a shopping centre.

I ordered a 16 oz (large) coffee, but was served a 12 oz. When it was brought to our table, I politely asked about the size since it looked smaller than what I usually get. The barista told me it was 12 oz and mentioned it might just be a different cup, then walked away without really addressing the concern. I checked my receipt and confirmed I was charged for a 16 oz. I went back to the counter and explained that I simply wanted the correct size. Initially, I was told I would need to pay more, which was frustrating. After explaining again, she finally offered to remake it. For clarity, the drink hadn't been touched at all--I returned it exactly as it was. I really like this place and will continue to support it, but I hope the team can improve on order accuracy and customer service, especially when concerns are raised politely. A little more attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues would go a long way.

It also has an old-timey study or library or at least a literary vibe to this place. There's multiple rooms, including a stage in the back room. I think they have events here. Service is friendly and they have classic drinks as well as some festive ones. I was here on St. Patrick's Day so I got something festive even though it was overly sugary lol. I ordered the Lucky Charms White Mocha. It was tasty, but definitely a drink I wouldn't be able to order on the regular. I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. They have a large lot and there's also plenty of street parking in the area, especially during the day.

I came here to try their most popular menu: Himalayan Chiya (hot) w/ almond milk- less sweet, not too much spice, yet comforting to drink since I had a dry throat earlier. Hidden gem alert…read more Stopped by this coffee shop on the first floor of the mall to meet a friend, and WOW--I'm so glad she picked this spot. Cute little spot with a cozy vibe--there's both couch seating and table seating inside, perfect whether you're catching up with a friend or just hanging out solo. That first sip of coffee? Instant obsession. I was hooked. The baristas were also super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. They've got a great selection of pastries and breakfast options too. I ordered the breakfast burrito (comes with egg, cheese and your choice of protein, plus a veggie option), and it did not disappoint--super satisfying and flavorful. For my drink, I went with an iced vanilla latte with oat milk... and let me just say, it was chef's kiss. Smooth, perfectly sweet, and so refreshing. Safe to say I've found a new go-to coffee spot. Already counting down until my next visit!

Macy s had a cafe and it is also closed at time of this Writ. One of the unique tastes here, is it's Chai although known for it's many mixed coffee drinks and flavours having ample enough syrups to enjoy whilst shopping the Mall inside. In San Leandro is an older one but have seen these around over the years alike Tully's and/or Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf now left in The City. That major in iced coffee drinks famously. I had a similar experience couple times I went since grand opening last year to, AnaSofia Z.'s I believe it's okay and food odors mix in a higher ceiling and kept even in a 1st floor setting here. By men's macy's doors down towards center court. Kinda pricey for a Breakfast burro but expected for Mall Lease prices increasing due to less vendors currently renting space differences. Traffic is less except on the weekends, they always have enough staff at this location inside but still training and different persons and like the options on the shelf, but don't know how long it's been there, especially loose leaf tea. Cups are unique and tasteful. I will return for the 5th time, next time and will try a different drink. To us the avacado bagel toast and the quesedilla had more value, than burrito pricing as much as the flavors. My accompanier had the Hot Nutty Cow which was unlike other drinks. So kudos DESI for them for that on the nationwide menu. Another good thing is sugar free hot and cold drinks upforth on the menu giving others a chance to enjoy a beverage while others only use a sugar free syrup only change to anything, ALWAYS defaults Vanilla. Seating is usually full, good for them, but we occasionally found out of the door seating chairs to enjoy our food and beverage seated there. Only a 3*5 due to box chai and the tables dirty but I asked someone they came around the corner and cleaned as we appreciated that. Don't have any photos today, but you will see for yourself next time you go to Stoneridge Mall across from Game Stop, that closed and was vacant blank black on our last visit last week. Ume was around the bend but favors bobba tea and their drive thru closed to re-open as Cowboy Coffee this week.
