The man at the service window seemed overwhelmed, so no chit-chat was possible. Cheerlessly, the service was slow, and even longer wait time after placing the order. I ended up getting dinner also, ordering the Butter Chicken - small bits of chicken dispersed with butter sauce on top of a mound of rice. The flavors were good, but the protein portion was minuscule. Save your money on the Naan; it tasted store-bought and just warmed up. The flavors were non-memorable, with a sense of "Indian flavor authenticity," the spiciness in the sauce diluted.

I really was happy to see the vegan grilled cheese being offered as I am wanting to reduce the amount of dairy in my diet. So, I ordered the vegan "cheese" with roasted vegetables on a multigrain bun. I was impressed with the care my order was given. I was asked which type of cheese I wanted, along with the type of bread. It's really great to have options. My sandwich was tasty and warm. I enjoyed it, and would like to have more from this spot.

One of the best food trucks I've visit in a while! The tempura tacos are on point! The sauces you can get pair perfectly with any of the tacos! The tempura is light and crispy.
