I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. This place is awesome, will be back for sure.

For us, both times they tasted too milky. We hoped it was just a fluke. Our last visit we decided to get ice cream, and it looks like if I go into too much detail they will try and get this removed. I wonder how many other reviews they've done this for? Tthe ice cream was pretty good, but it didn't hit the spot like it usually does. Also dealt with a very rude and unprofessional employee- first time I'd seen her there. All the other employees there have been very friendly and professional. I probably won't be returning, but I think 3 stars is fair. I don't know if they changed their process, made ingredient changes, or if employees aren't making things correctly, but there's been a drop off in quality and customer service.

When we first sliced the cake, the center was visibly dark, as shown in the photos. My wife paid $120 for this very small cake, and for most people, $120 is not an insignificant amount of money. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right. Instead, the responses have felt defensive. As a customer, I believe concerns like this deserve to be acknowledged. Sometimes a sincere apology and a willingness to address the customer's experience can go a long way. Again, I am sharing the updated photos for transparency. People can look at the pictures, read about my experience, and make their own decision.

shop looks like a typical donut place from the outside but is actually nice inside. the selection of donuts midday was impressive and they all looked really good. but they were basically donuts, nothing you couldn't find else where but I liked that there was variety. donut holes were dry, the blueberry fritter was really good, not too greasy. but, the service was terrible and for that alone I won't go back. neither will my mom who was with me the day I went (and had been raving to me for weeks about the donuts). the girl that helped us was super rude. my mom is about as happy as a Disney character and after about 3rd time of this girl being snappy with my mom, I could see she was getting upset. which makes me VERY upset. maybe that girl had a bad day or hates her job, but either way I'll stick with the Dunkin Donuts right across from them. the people there have always been beyond friendly. read more

Super good I totally recommend every day before I go to work I always make sure to get some donuts from this place. It opens at 4AM every day and they are super fluffy and delicious.
