After a number of delivery problems I reached out to the store and spoke with Heather. To say the least, she was extraordinarily rude. Not once or twice, many times throughout our conversation. There are too many examples to list - her conduct was nasty and uncalled for. For anyone considering ordering from this location DON'T. The original/older location seems to have a lot more available than the other as one seems heavily focused on muffins while the other has empanadas, and way more bakery variety. My muffin was great as was my chai latte. Service is pretty good at either location especially considering how busy these stores seem to be, but I also wasn't in a rush to get to work with breakfast. Something else to add is that the newer location definitely seems to have more space available inside before you consider the outdoor seating.

My husband purchased a cake for my son's birthday. It was incredibly dry, flavorless, tasteless. The icing was the kind that sticks to the roof of your mouth, likely shortening (hydrogenated oil) based--instead of butter. When the kids don't even eat the cake, I realize I had to write a review. Not only was it un-edible it was incredibly expensive and it went right into the trash. You can't call your self a gourmet market when what you're delivering is worse than what you would get at a discount superstore or large chain supermarket then charge three times the price.
