When you speak to one of the representatives, they will act like they are here for you and be in your corner. Joann Wistoski, I am speaking about YOU. When we needed you, you completely ignored me. You're not as good as people say they are. Also, customer service? Yeah if there is such a thing with this company. They take hours to answer your call. Moving along, when the guys picked up our boxes and furniture, they told me they would deliver it the following week. WRONG. We waited THREE WEEKS! (Side note: These guys will nickel and dime you any way they can) Unacceptable. I am writing my review as they bring up our boxes in as we speak. We saw our boxes destroyed. We wrote FRAGILE on them and one box was completely destroyed. Unacceptable. They call themselves a 5 star company? Pfft. They are a 0 star company. But here's the catch everyone.... EVERY MOVING COMPANY IS THE SAME... pick your poison on who you go with.... I am literally sick to my stomach and shame on you "ALL PRO MOVING COMPANY". What an embarrassment. My advice?? Sell everything you own before hiring a moving company and then just start over.

I booked regardless. The time was perfect. Then, 20 minutes before arrival, they began texting a new price, nearly double the original quoted price. When i asked them to itemize the charges, they did not show up! They did not answer calls or texts. This was a small move, bedroom set, dining table, couch, and 12 small to medium boxes. The apartment was 1st floor. Luckily, it was not a busy time of year, and i found amazing movers who were honest and hardworking. Price was about the same, but i was not lowballed at the initial call. I am now thankful that Allpro didn't show up.

Steven was the lead on the job and he ran it well. There were no issues. They wrapped my furniture so I had no damage. I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews but I gave them a chance. This is what you get if you use these people I have so much to say but I've gotta…read more Collect my thoughts and put it out there Just beware don't don't use them unless you want to have a big freaking mess nightmare Hire somebody in you pay them to do all of the moving and packing. This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential!
