Isaac installed a tall dog door for our German Shepherd dog. He uses the highest quality Hale dog doors. He even moved an electrical outlet so we could have the door where we wanted it. Fast, efficient service and the door looks and works great. Our dog is already loving it!

Isaac was amazing! I purchased the Endura Flap vinyl dog door panel for my vinyl sliding glass patio door and additional extensions from Ideal Pet hoping for a better seal between the sliding door and the panel instead of the default weather strip. Isaac brought all his equipment (saw, caulking, glue, etc.) and brilliantly MacGyvered for a perfect weather seal. He helped me readjust the wheels of my sliding glass door (that I botched), placed spacers for the panel for more stability, and cut my charlie security bar to the proper length. Panel inserts are not usually the installations he does, but he truly knocked it out of the park!

Isaac did an excellent job installing a Hale giant dog door in my wall. He obviously loves animals, and was very kind to my girls. His work was professional, and he cleaned up, even vacuuming the area when he was done. He also adjusted the locking cover to make it work in my space. Very pleased with his work! We just had our second doggy door installed by Isaac, which should say something in itself. In both cases, Isaac installed a top-of-the-line door with expert craftsmanship, immaculately cleaned up, and was finished from start-to-finish in roughly 2 hours. Isaac will help you find the best location for your door, avoid having to cut into electrical spots/pre-existing outlets (but if absolutely necessary, he will do, safely of course), and most importantly for us, create a door that leaves behind zero damage to the interior and exterior stucco. We will unequivocally be recommending Isaac to anyone looking to add a perfect doggy door to their home. read more

Initial call went well. Made an appointment for a morning install, the day asked to re-schedule to a later time. A few minutes before re-scheduled time, texted saying can't make appointment and asks again to re-schedule to another day. No apology either, like it was a normal thing to waste someone's time. We took time out of our schedule on the weekend and waited around all day just for the run around. read more

Had to switch out my old door, had it for 20 plus years, thought the wall, bought a bigger door, he had to make hole bigger and other adjustments. I need it a door installed last minute and he was able to work with my schedule, I also had purchase my own door and he works with that too. He was super nice and helpful and answered all my questions, and even replaced the carpet on the pre owner door for me. Installation took about an hour and he even vacuumed before leaving so there was no mess. Isaac came over and installed our second cat door because we ended up needing one on our master bedroom as well (so the kitties could come in and out without meowing at the door for us to let them in.) It's so convenient, we really should have gotten it done years ago! The first cat door he did for us was on the laundry room where we keep their litter box. It came out great so of course we called him back to do the second one. If we ever need another, we know Isaac is our guy! He's polite, easy to book with, comes on time and has fair pricing. This is the only place we'll board our dog. We absolutely love the grooming staff (which says a lot since we have an anxious pup who doesn't love the grooming process). We particularly love the photos they'll take of our furry family members at the holidays. We love the photo updates we receive daily during boarding. I requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment, yet an appointment was automatically scheduled. I texted the owner simply ASKING if there was anything in the morning. Her response of "y o u made the appointment" and "we have an appointment will you be there" was out of line. I eventually said to myself "maybe I messed up" and said the initial appointment would be fine. Fast forward to the day before the appointment and I get a confirmation for 2:30 (agreed upon time) and then later a confirmation for 3:30. The audacity to get annoyed when I simply asked about a different time and then CHANGE my time without asking is insane. As a groomer, she's fantastic. As a business owner, something drastically changed.

Friendly and efficient Issac installed our doggie door. We are pleased and happy with his work. He not only installed the door at a reasonable price but also help find a spot to put it, match the color with our wall and even train Spencer to use it! We highly recommend him and the Hale door he used. He was the only one too who was willing to come to our house, do an estimate and wait until we said ok. Isaac was very friendly, flexible and respectful of my time availability, made sure I knew all my options for placement, and even offered to move outlets if necessary. Before installation he went over how the doggie door I had purchased functions, and expressed concerns about the weather stripping, and other features. Left the space clean when he was finished.
