I've been going here for awhile. Service is usually great. I am a bit upset. I had a confirmed booking but requested a few other options due to a scheduling conflict flict but before confirming another date they canceled my original booking and now the nearest appointment is pushed back 2weeks. Now I have the hassle of finding another groomers seeing as I can't wait 26 days for my dog to get groomed. They are great but booking in 1-2 months advance is required. Just wow wow! My girls just found there go to spot! I have 3 pooches that have different hair cuts. My lil Pom Root, my Lil Wolf Shaw and my Mini poodle Cinnamon all look on point! My lil wolf got a silly hair cut a lion cut at first it was a mistake because they thought I said lion I said little cut but I think Shaw is very happy because soon the heat will be here but they'll get it right next time. Cinnamon was very beautifully done poofy! No cuts, no knicks and everyone is in high spirits so that mean they where gentle with the girls because my girls will tell me haha and they are all very happy!! They completely butchered my Aussie, one groomer asked what I wanted done. I showed him a picture of how I wanted him trimmed, and another was cutting it. I was quoted $45 for full grooming. They told me 2hrs, 4hours later and they still aren't finished. I walk in and it seems they are just rushing his cut. He wasn't not even given a bath or brushed out from his undercoating. They gave him to me with hair and shed flying everywhere. He has bold spots and choppy cutting. They shaved him all the way down, and any respectable groomer knows not to cut Aussie hair sort. I happened to find this groomer by chance. And I am so pleased that I found them. I have a cocker spaniel that was so Overgrown but not married. We have been quarantined for quite a while and she look like it. I called made an appointment. I was met by my car gave instructions. Such a well mannered and very professional. He took my Charlotte in and in about two hours I was called to pick her up. I was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful she looked such detail. This place is amazing. They were able to take in my two fur babies the same day I called. Blair is soooooo nice and friendly. I believe they only offer a full package grooming, no a la carte. However the prices are amazing and their work is impeccable. FYI, they do take there time when grooming, about 3-4 hrs, which is posted right when you walk in and Blair will inform you. TERRIBLE SERVICE IN EVERY WAY COVID has been hard for my mom so I decided to bring her pomeranians in for a grooming to boost some spirits up. Told them my dog has a sensitive tail and should not be touched. Asked for a lion's cut which they have gotten multiple times at other places with no issue. This place had good reviews and the best schedule to squeeze them in so I picked this place. I dropped them off and said one has a sensitive tail that should not be touched (tumors in the tail). I get a call back from Blair saying the mane for the dogs are matted and we could either de-matte the mane or give a teddy bear cut. My mom said teddy bear is fine. The horror when I come back and see my dogs shaved down to absolutely nothing. Pink skin seen and all. Max's tail shaved down to nothing. My mom was so sad and upset. I call back saying we were unhappy with our service. They then blame me saying they were matted and they had no choice. I said they specified the mane being matted on the phone but nothing about the rest of the body. They told my I should have assumed that. I also mentioned Max's tail to not be touched to which they said I brought up nothing of it. You think I would neglect to mention to avoid my dog's tumor? I said my mom is upset and this has never happened before to which they blamed my mom for not brushing them enough. They refused any compensation back because they did what was asked of them. They refused to apologize for their service and stated it was my fault. It was my fault for them misunderstanding me. They were so rude and continued to make me and my mom feel bad which is hard to hear with all things considered. They even told me to tell my mom that she should brush them and cut them herself then. Are they trying to be rude on purpose? It sounded like they wanted me to throw a tantrum with these responses they were giving me just so they can pose me as the "crazy dog lady". I understand fur grows back (I even ended the conversation saying this to which Blair replies "itll grow back matted and then shaved again if you dont fix it). Initially I was confused by their cut, but I am more outraged as their response was so out of line. No apology. Completely condescending. Blaming my mom for every mistake they made. I cannot believe this place allows their staff to treat customers this way. I'm so upset with my experience here. These poor pups suffered due to their arrogance. read more

My first dog that needs grooming. I was very particular on finding a grooming place familiar with grooming my puppy. I have a mini schnauzer. I have been here twice and they are super nice! My puppy comes back looking so handsome. It is $45 for the complete package which is not too bad for me. It takes about 3-4 hours which tells you that they take their time with each animal. Phenomenal!!!! This was our first trip to this groomer since our other groomer up and left without notice. I drove by and went in to talk to Blare. He is like walking sunshine!! I have never had a groomer listen to what we needed before. He took notes and made sure to double check again even when dropping our dog off. It was quick and omg the grooming was exceptional!!!! I attempted my own diy groom, which turned out awful, and they fit me in the next day to fix up my toy poodle. A week later, I took in our Goldendoodle and she was given a perfectly adorable teddy bear cut. Found this spot here on yelp! Took my lil baby here today for the first time. They got us in quickly (our old place took 2 weeks sometimes for an apt) the drop off and pick up were so so easy. They text to update and communicate which is so much more convenient and stress free in my opinion. Chief doesn't love being groomed (tough past) but they took great care of him. He had mats and would barely let them touch places but they did an awesome job. I could hear them speaking so sweetly to him which I appreciate deeply especially when I know he might be being difficult they didn't judge him and were still compassionate. It was affordable, I was able to easily leave tip on the card. He's also usually really skittish and weird the day after he gets groomed and it makes me feel terrible. He's still a bit shaken but he's no where near as shaken as he's been from other places. Will take him here from now on 100%. read more

We have been bringing our long-haired CAT 'Genie' to Warm Springs Grooming for several years. Unlike previous groomers who returned Genie with a "choppy"-looking cut or who called us to pick her up because she was too difficult for them, Blair is very patient with Genie and returns her with a professionally smooth doo.
