Isaac installed a tall dog door for our German Shepherd dog. He uses the highest quality Hale dog doors. He even moved an electrical outlet so we could have the door where we wanted it. Fast, efficient service and the door looks and works great. Our dog is already loving it!

Isaac was amazing! I purchased the Endura Flap vinyl dog door panel for my vinyl sliding glass patio door and additional extensions from Ideal Pet hoping for a better seal between the sliding door and the panel instead of the default weather strip. Isaac brought all his equipment (saw, caulking, glue, etc.) and brilliantly MacGyvered for a perfect weather seal. He helped me readjust the wheels of my sliding glass door (that I botched), placed spacers for the panel for more stability, and cut my charlie security bar to the proper length. Panel inserts are not usually the installations he does, but he truly knocked it out of the park!

Isaac did an excellent job installing a Hale giant dog door in my wall. He obviously loves animals, and was very kind to my girls. His work was professional, and he cleaned up, even vacuuming the area when he was done. He also adjusted the locking cover to make it work in my space. Very pleased with his work! The girls are happy they can head in and out, at will, instead of waiting on me to open the door. Thanks Isaac awesome job.

Five stars is not enough for Issac. Every step in the process was just perfect. We had a smaller door from the previous owners replaced and Issac did a great job. He came over for a free assessment and estimate and the way he greeted our lab we knew he was the right guy for the job. He's a true dog lover. Isaac is great! He just finished a second door for us today. He did the first one at our old house and now one at our new build. He is professional and the price is good for the quality door you get. He is able to adjust for your dogs needs and yours. We have a weird line for pest termination in the wall and he handled it with no problem rerouting the wire so the system can still be used. Recently got a puppy and was in dire need of a dog door installed. Looked around on Yelp and Isaac has perfect ratings. Gave him a call and scheduled the door to be installed. I bought my own but he can also order you one if you prefer from Hale. He showed up on time, was quick and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. My pup wouldn't leave him alone as she was nosey about what he was doing. I could tell he loves animals and gave her lots of hugs. Issac did an amazing job installing our doggy door. We live in a 3-story townhome and needed it installed on our second floor leading out to the balcony. He found the perfect spot to make this possible. We have had 0 issues with our door and our dog figured out how to go in and out pretty easily. After calling several places and getting verbal prices from other companies without seeing my house I decided to go with Isaac because he actually wanted to take the time to come to my home to give me an accurate quote same day as my call. Isaac is awesome! He came by in the evening since that was the only time my husband had available to understand what we wanted and to give us a quote. He is a super friendly guy who you can tell just loves dogs and what he does! We accepted his estimate so he went ahead and ordered the door we wanted. As soon as it came in, he reached out to schedule the install. He was very efficient, fast, and cleaned up after himself. I've lived in several houses and always had dog doors installed in each of them. He is the ONLY installer ever that gave me the wall cutouts and explained to me to hold on to them so that if I ever move, I can take the dog door with me and return the wall back to how it was. I didn't even know that was possible and I greatly appreciate that! He went over everything with me before he left. He also makes ramps if the step up/down to the dog door is too high! All around great guy and great experience! Highly recommend! read more

They called to let me know she was almost ready and when I arrived to pick her up, we were in and out. This experience was outstanding. Rosie smells like candy and is relaxed from her spa day. Before I called Lazy Dog, I left a voicemail for an appointment at a competitor that has not been returned yet (it's been several hours) and walked into another location that didn't accept walk ins at all. Needless to say, we are thankful and I will be sure to return despite living in Aliante.

Friendly and efficient Issac installed our doggie door. We are pleased and happy with his work. He not only installed the door at a reasonable price but also help find a spot to put it, match the color with our wall and even train Spencer to use it! We highly recommend him and the Hale door he used. He was the only one too who was willing to come to our house, do an estimate and wait until we said ok. Most of them just gave us an estimate over the phone like it was cut and dry. Isaac is not only personable but took the time to be considerate with our requests. Thanks Isaac!! My doggie door was just installed yesterday. Isaac was very friendly, flexible and respectful of my time availability, made sure I knew all my options for placement, and even offered to move outlets if necessary. Before installation he went over how the doggie door I had purchased functions, and expressed concerns about the weather stripping, and other features. Left the space clean when he was finished.
