They offer three gluten-free options, which is more than I usually find, two gluten-free cakes that are thoughtfully packaged separately, plus a gluten-free crepe cake (though that one is stored in a shared cooler with gluten items, so something to keep in mind if you're very sensitive). Everything I tried tasted delicious. The flavors were fresh and the texture was far better than most GF pastries out there. The drink selection is also a standout. Great coffee and tea options that pair perfectly with a treat. The shop itself has a bright, open vibe with casual seating and plenty of space to spread out and relax or catch up with friends. Coffee came out fast and accurately - great service. The gluten items were displayed beautifully and looked amazing!

8.23.25 Tried a bit of everything and it was worth it. Stopped by Paris Baguette in Redmond and grabbed a mix of pastries, just to see what all the hype was about. Their croissant donut was wild in a good way. Sweet, and rich. Next time, I would like to try their cake and sandwiches.

I was fresh off a trip to Paris, so was excited to try this latest entry in the French Bakery wars in Redmond. Redmond has at least 3 French bakeries now, Paris Baguette, French Bakery, and Farine. Farine is far and away the best of the 3. Paris Baguette unfortunately is not a bakery I'd choose again unless it was for a friend gathering of some kind. That said, the restaurant is nicely appointed and there are tables with chargers for digital nomads. The coffee was decent. The pastries, although they look delicious, weren't really that good compared to other shops or Paris. The cronut was cloyingly sweet and the pain raisin was not what I expected. Like I said, I'd just returned last week from Paris so was excited to have this place in my neighborhood. Disappointing though. The kicker came when I asked the staff for a pat of butter for my pastry and they said they didn't have butter. You...what??? With all these baguettes and breads and pastries, you don't offer your dine-in customers butter? Blasphemy! Thankfully there are other French bakeries.

Paris Baguette feels more like a Starbucks than anything remotely Parisian. Outside of the name, there is nothing authentic about it. Most of what they serve is industrial, nothing is freshly prepared on the spot, and the prices are definitely on the high side. The staff is not particularly friendly either, which doesn't make the experience any better. That said, their seasonal drinks can be interesting and worth a try. Still, there's no parking available, which makes it frustrating and honestly not worth the hassle. Another strange detail: they don't offer self-service water. You always have to ask the staff for it, and they usually seem annoyed about it. Overall, it's an underwhelming experience unless you're curious about their limited seasonal offerings.

I gotta say that my favorite part of this spot is the decoration. You really feel you're in Paris . Lots of tables to dine in. Freshly baked pastries!!! They offer from the typical croissant to mochi donuts. Also savory choices like fig and goat cheese "pizza" . Unfortunately not to many gluten free choices They also have delicious and beautiful cakes and macaroons. And a coffee bar.

This is actually close to a 4.5 star but I want to go back to make sure it's consistent before rounding it up. I been to other Paris baguette and was disappointed so I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. Parking can be a hassle as it's street parking. That place is big and spacious. The bakery are all displayed clearly so you can see everything. They do need to work on appearances a little as the pastries doesn't look as attractive. I ended up getting Dubai chocolate mochi donut --i was not a fan of Dubai chocolate before but this one was really good. Perfectly chewy as well. Cronut - omg I love the cream in between layers and the layers was still flaky. Cookie butter biscoff filled donut -- I'm a fan of Cookie butter and the donut did not disappoint. There was Soo much cream in the donut. Also, the outer has a slight crisp to it. Salted milk bread -- good flavors balanced. Overall, all the pastries was exceptionally good. One thing though, service was a little iffy but not too bad. I definitely would be back to try more things. If they stay consistent with their pastries, it would be a 5 star

What a large bakery to sit and chat! My biggest grief is the pricing is very high compared to any other Asian bakery. The croissants were $5 each but didn't look crispy artisan. I feel like I could get similar croissants in bulk at Costco. However they have interesting flavors and would be an easy grab and go for a family looking for a variety of baked goods in one spot. I would come to chat with a client.

Lots to choose from!! I wish I had more space for dessert. Came after dinner to have some treats and was amazed with the wide selection of dessert Paris Baguette offers. They have tons to choose from sweets to savory. I'll have to go back to try more of their treats. The pastries are self serve which you take to check out. They also have fresh breads/rolls to take home. Lots of seating available!

Such a gorgeous bakery with lots of places to sit and eat! The pastry displays are really neat and convenient as well. I expected everything to be pricey, but it was actually pretty affordable. Definitely a nice spot for a treat! Very helpful, kind staff members as well!

It was pretty easy to make a cake order and the writing was free, unlike online where it says $5 for writing. When I got the cake, I was a bit disappointed. The writing had bled onto the cake, there was a crack in the frosting and it appeared that the frosting at the bottom leaned piped to the board instead of the cake. I didn't bother mentioning this at pick up because it didn't seem like the worker was also the cake person. The cake itself was a tad dry but light and airy. For the price I paid, I was disappointed by the outcome. Even if it was due to additional cake orders due to mother's day, I do expect better than this when I buy a cake from a local bakery. Also if you like crispy croissants, I do not recommend the Sichuan pepper cruffin. It was tasty but it didn't have the crisp that you'd expect from a bakery.

We did not know until we bit into it and it was sour and it was very displeasing to my taste buds when I was expecting sweet cream. I got a chestnut white mocha, and the taste was subtle, but it was also lukewarm. The black sesame croissant was yummy and flaky. All the pastries lived up to its Instagramable hype, but the flavors did not live up to the hype. Pretty disappointed with the taste, but everything looked pretty.

Why does Mercer Island have an abundance of fantastic bakeries?…read more La Fete is a petite pastry / coffee shop that has amazing pastries. The earlier you come the more likely you will get to eat the delicious pastries, but if you come past 11 AM you likely won't find much. Their croissants are always on the menu, but many of their pastries are seasonally available so you have to come back. I haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but those pastries are amazing. The staff here are so nice too! Super tolerant as my indecision took over my brain seeing so many pastries! I think not having anyone behind me helped with that - a rare slow moment - because once the door opened I waved the white flag, asked them to pick me 3 of their favorites and off I went. The only problem with that is I can't recall the names of what I bought. The croissant, easy. The little puffy pastry with big sugar flakes and apricot that was very light? No clue except it was delicious.

Instead I was very surprised with how sweet everything tasted. I know it says they're straight from Japan but it makes me wonder if it was created sweeter than what they would create for their Japanese customers. For how expensive it was I found only an upset stomach and questioning my financial choices. One of the workers there was super helpful and enthusiastic. She greeted every customer, offered samples, explained menus - she was a bright sun of energy. Another met a solid middle ground giving recommendations and answering questions genuinely. The third did not want to be there and heavily brooded. I'm not sure if he thought he was being quiet or if he just didn't care as he openly talked to himself about going home soon trying to urge time to move just a little faster. It was ok, not great.

We tried Bacon and cheese bread: 3/5, everything was on top, I think it would've been better with the cheese throughout and warmed Strawberry danish: 4/5! Very yummy, nice light cream and a crispy croissant Egg tart: 4/5! A little less eggy and more custardy than I thought it would be, but tasty! Sugar cream cheese bun: 4/5! My personal favorite! 85 DEGREE BAKERY @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking at this location can be a bit tricky. This 85°C Bakery is located in a large plaza that's always busy, especially since it's surrounded by popular food spots and restaurants. Because of that, the area can get pretty packed, but I was still really excited to stop by this location. As soon as you walk in, the space feels very open and spacious. I loved how big it was and how many tables they had available. Most 85°C Bakery locations feel more like a grab-and-go spot, so I appreciated that this one had plenty of seating and room to hang out. They also have touchscreen kiosks where you can order drinks and other items without needing help from a staff member. We walked around and looked at all the bakery items, and I'm always a fan of their almond croissants and protein breads. The chicken Hawaiian bun is one of my favorites, and their sausage bun is also delicious it's clearly a popular item. I also ordered their sea salt coffee. If you download the 85°C Bakery app and it's your first time using it, you get a free sea salt coffee, which was a nice bonus. While the food and drinks were great, the service was unfortunately lacking. One customer was confused about her order, and a staff member rolled her eyes at her. The same staff member also rolled her eyes at me and my family while we were in line. Overall, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't much smiling or engagement, and it felt like everyone was annoyed rather than excited to help. We also noticed staff packaging food with boxes out in the open during our visit. I personally think this is something that should be done in the back or at least behind the register, rather than directly in front of customers. Overall, the experience was decent mainly because the bakery items and drinks were fresh and delicious. However, the staff could definitely be friendlier, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience.
