I hate giving a review for anything less than 4 stars but I think it's important this time. We've brought our kid to Dr. Lee's office twice for a second opinion on different issues in the past couple of years. And in both cases, Dr. Lee has recommended pretty extreme treatment options. On both occasions we got a total of 3 pediatric dentist opinions, and both times Dr. Lee's recommendations were out of left field. I appreciated her taking the time to see him, but I didn't appreciate her scaring us, and our kid, into thinking he needed a crown on a baby tooth. Thankfully the office staff were kind but it was very crowded in the office. The chairs that the kids sat in were all pretty close together. So there wasn't much privacy between the doc and the patient, since the patient next to us could hear everything. Not to mention, the treatments Dr. Lee recommended supposedly needed to be done right away, but when we asked the front office what days they had available, they said they couldn't fit him in until July. The staff and the dental professionals were all kind, but I'm afraid this just isn't the office for us. read more

This was my first time at this office as I'm new in the area. The office staff is friendly and efficient, but I must say I was disappointed in my exchange with Dr. Dora. I expressed concerns about repeated radiation exposure in children with these standard of care X-rays (radiation exposure has long term medical consequences such as cancer) and instead of discussing the scientific facts such as amount of radiation exposure per session , amount of exposure relative to other causes , any results of randomized studies that had been done that proved its safety etc., she went on to tell me that the machines are much better these days and she doesn't want liability of not doing X-rays and told me to find another dentist. And wanted to turn away a 5 year old who was in the reclined chair without Examining or cleaning. I'm sure she is nice and sweet to folks who say yes and go along with her antiquated and defensive dentistry she practices but in terms of knowledge on up-to-date, scientific data to back up her practice (let alone educate her patients and their families) - there is much to be desired. Fortunately for her, the general public is not knowledgeable about dentistry or medicine to critically question what is being done in her office. Not sure why I went here - must have been busy with my move so didn't pay enough attention when picking a dentist ( only 100 some reviews after 26 yrs of practice)... my last ped dentist had almost 600)... Knowledge base and keeping up with scientific data especially in current times are important and so is bedside manner. I found neither at this hole in the wall place. read more

We love Dr. Lee and her team. They really know how to handle toddlers so well, I was super impressed by them. Scheduling appointments has been easy and the staff is super nice. We got introduced to her because my son is on the autism spectrum and they do such a great job understanding and trying to accommodate that. Dr. Dora Lee office is amazing, my daughter has been coming here since she was 1 year old and we have had such an amazing experience. The whole staff is always attentive and answers all our questions. The first appointment I was very grateful how patient they were and how they were able to soothe my daughter's anxiety, and since she now looks forward to coming to the dentist and getting her ducky and token. They always ask me if I have any concerns and they are always addressed no matter how small. Recommend this place 100%. The front office is really unorganized I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my kids and I have spoke to 3 or 4 different people each time. It seems like they don't care to book an appointment for the patient. I speak to someone different every time and have to share the information all over again. I don't understand why the same person can't follow up every time so the client doesn't have to repeat everything or start over when they said they would follow up to book the appointment. Overall very happy with this office. My son has always seen Dr. Bradley. I have no idea who Dr. Lee is even though her name is on the business. The staff here is great with kids as you may imagine. We always go home with a goodie bag. The appointment system and scheduling has been pretty painless. We've never had to wait very long before being seen, maybe 20 minutes at the most. Billing and insurance processing has been pretty smooth. They are competent in providing accurate pricing for services not covered by your insurance. Also if you drive an abnormally large car, you probably want to park on the street rather than in the lot. read more

Thank you to the entire team at Dr Lee's office. We are new patients- everyone made our son's first visit to their office amazing! Our eight year old has had his share of bad dental experiences at other offices - and let's be honest he isn't the best brusher- loves candy - so add that all up and I'm sure you feel me. We have learned the importance of our "high risk" child's dental needs the hard way - so I was probably much more anxious for my son's dental visit than he was. From the time of making our appointment the front office staff was so kind and covered all basis for a new patient with ease. Kiki was our hygienist and she was AMAZING!!! One of the best we've ever had for our kids. Dr. Bradley was Fabulous! She showed compassion and grace to our son's mouth of hardware- never made us feel ashamed like other dental offices have in the past. The "candy man" had one small cavity - not ideal - but could have been worse. But felt good leaving knowing we have a dental office that is there to guide us through our son's dental journey.
