They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. After my lip filler procedure, I was unhappy with the outcome and ultimately required dissolving treatment. I contacted LaserAway multiple times in an attempt to reach a fair resolution. I worked directly with a director named Bryan Dickerson who offered half of the value of the syringe as store credit. However, despite my follow-up emails accepting the offer and requesting confirmation of the terms, I never received the promised follow-up or final resolution. I also disputed the charge with my bank, but the dispute was denied, leaving me to absorb the full cost of an experience that I believe was not handled appropriately. The photos I am sharing are of my own results following treatment. They reflect my personal experience at this location. If you are considering lip fillers here, I encourage you to carefully review my photos and make your own informed decision before choosing Gen as your injector. I gave LaserAway every opportunity to resolve this matter privately. Since they failed to do so, I am now sharing my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision. I even went to your Stamford, Connecticut location, where the injector asked me, "Who did your lips?" When I told her they were done at your Englewood, New Jersey location, her reaction was, "Whoa." I just replied, "Yeah... I know." It was honestly embarrassing knowing the work had been done by another LaserAway location. What makes this even more frustrating is that after my first procedure, I was told to get more filler because it would correct the lumping. The practice during…read morethe procedure was highly questionable, the total time of the procedure was definitely WAY under 15 minutes, and the amount of extracted fat was 50ml (this is like 3 tbsp worth of fat). I went back for my 6 month follow up to address these concerns and Dr. Khan insisted that "it looks great" even when i said there was no change visible, however i still have the same subcutaneous fat on my abdomen and did not fix the issue in the slightest. I also found it alarming that during my consultation I was told that I would have 70% of that fat removed, during the procedure it was changed to 50%, but the reality was that it was WAY less than that, another doctor i went to review this said that it had to have been only a 5% total reduction. Absolute waste of money for someone who has been struggling for years to get rid of that last bit of stubborn fat after weight loss. The deeper i looked, it seems like i am not the only one whose having this issue, ive seen comments on instagram and even here on yelp mention the exact same thing. Please look for another surgeon. One word of advice is to find a place where you are consulting with the doctor themselves instead of a nurse or representative. I wish the deepest luck to anyone who is looking to reaching their body image goals, it is definitely a hard thing to work towards and I hope you find this review informative.

Instead of answering my question, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me a six-session package. I asked the same question multiple times, but they kept avoiding it and continued pushing the package. I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service
