I suffered from minor cystic acne a few years back and was left with pic scars (or however you spell it) and my confidence took a blow. After three sessions of skin pen I already saw a difference in the texture of my skin as well as the depth of the scars. They are now more faint and once I finish the other three sessions I should be able to go out without wearing any powder foundation at all. Polina is the medical esthetician who I've been seeing and I must say she has the patience of a saint considering how skeptical I am of every procedure. And the staff is pretty accommodating in terms of making appointments and rescheduling when needed. For Botox, I have never had any issues and always see results in about 3-5 days. I am sure anyone doing your Botox is great but Amanda is fantastic and I have seen her for years. Project Glammers also offers complimentary Botox touch-ups which is much appreciated. As far as facials go, Genesis is a QUEEN. She goes above and beyond to customize your facials and make you feel comfortable. She doesn't try to sell you on anything you do not need but does provide recommendations for additional areas to improve. I have also been trying facial skin tightening with Genesis and at this point, I see her more often than my friends lol. Lastly I have tried under eye filler with Dr. Gladstein. The virtual consultation was amazing, you really felt like she actually cared and was not just trying to check a box before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, painless (although may make you a little queasy) and I left without a single bruise or mark on my face. I was psyched to learn they offer YAG lasers, that work very well in pigmented skin. I happily began my treatments and shortly found out I was pregnant. I had to stop my treatments during pregnancy, after pregnancy (due to breastfeeding), and then COVID came through with a vengeance. During those years, I called up once or twice, inquiring about my account, trying to make sure it was still active and in good standing. I was always assured that everything was fine but I was still worried that too much time would pass, deeming my account inaccessible. Several years later, I was finally ready to restart my sessions but I was worried that I lost my GC balance and the balance from the complimentary sessions. I finally worked up the nerve to call and make an appointment. I initially started my sessions in the city, off of Lexington. It was very difficult for me to get down there and parking was horrible. I found out that they opened a location closer to my residence, so when I called to reinstate my treatments, I inquired about switch my base location. They normally don't do that, but the woman with whom I spoke, was kind enough to make an exception. I truly appreciated it. I started visiting the White Plains location and have been very happy. I usually work with either Pamela or Zelia, and they're both really exceptional. I've seen a huge difference from when I first started. I dont need to shave, even when some hairs sports up, as they are now much finer and less visible. Satori offers seasonal sales that are very reasonable. So far, I've completed underarms, lower legs, half arms, upper lip and bikini plus. I'm soooo happy with my results. Darkening of my bikini line and underarms have significantly lightened with the laser treatments, coupled with a better skincare maintenance (routine exfoliating, glycolic acid, ect). Be advised not to use tretinoin, have direct sunlight exposure, or exfoliate, too soon before or after your sessions. It's best to let your tech know what you're doing because it's not worth damaging your skin. They are very knowledgeable and will instruct you of what you should be doing, and when. My sessions are pretty spaced out, to about 2-3 months and I be able to drop down to twice a year visits very soon. Ditch your razor and get that laser! (motto copyrighted lol)

I never leave negative reviews, but I feel other clients should be aware of my experience…read more I booked a facial before an important event and specifically chose a treatment with less downtime. During the appointment, extensive extractions were performed without any clear discussion that they would be added as an additional service or incur an extra $40 charge. I had never even heard of extensive extractions. I asked the owner Annette, for an invoice and was surprised to see the added charges. The next day I woke up with significant scabbing and lingering marks that extended beyond the original blemishes I came in with. You could actually see her literal nail marks scabbing (see pictures) Over a week later, I am still dealing with visible marks from the treatment. What has been most frustrating is the way this was handled afterward. The business acknowledged that communication surrounding the extractions "could have been handled better" and initially offered the $40 as a future credit, yet later refused any reimbursement once I requested a partial refund instead of another service. Annette even went as far as saying that the fresh nail marks and trauma she inflicted on my face was already there prior. There was also confusion regarding taxes charged on my invoice that was later described as a "system error." I also want to clarify that although the tax was refunded, it was not proactively issued when the error occurred, but only after I followed up about it again later. Similarly, aftercare instructions were not initially provided after the appointment and were only sent after I reached out with concerns regarding my skin's reaction. I would strongly encourage clients to carefully review their receipts and ask questions about any add-on services before treatment begins. Annette didn't check in on me once after I shared my concerns. I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately, respectfully and fairly because I genuinely did not want to leave a negative review but I am compelled to share so others are aware of the type of business this is. Unfortunately, after spending approximately $245 including tip, I was left with lingering facial marks and no meaningful resolution. I understand every skin type reacts differently, but clients also deserve clear communication, informed consent regarding additional services and charges, accountability, and proper follow-up when concerns are raised.

The proprietor of the business Vivianna and her team takes you on a spa journey like no other. This is also followed by a pleasant greeting from the front seat team. As you look around the spa it's beautifully decorated in its minimalist of calming color palettes that sends your inner soul dancing with excitement as to what you're about to embark upon. If you're doing skin care you're asked to remove your shoes and given booties to put on to further enhance your experience. I must say I was very impressed. The upstairs is for all that is cosmetic and yet that's not all. There's another spa treatment space downstairs for those that are looking for post op treatment from plastic surgery. There's a "Green" room equipped with a heated table and a stand alone tub to help soothe the extremities of post-op. Now I'm extremely impressed. I waited 6 months to write this review in anticipation that someone would reach out and check on me…read moreafter seriously screwing up my face. I saw Nena in April for lip and other fillers before a trip. a few days before I left, I noticed my face was uneven and called back to try to get in before my trip. The front desk dismissed my concerns of an uneven appearance and told me things needed to settle. On my trip the unevenness got worse and my face looked paralyzed. When I returned I scheduled an appointment and discovered that I was injected with Botox in my lips instead of filler causing the appearance of Bells Palsy. I further discovered that assistants in training are allowed to handle the product and unused products are being used on other people. How do you allow anyone but the injector to handle the products? How do you know how much is injected when you pay for a syringe and they are using left overs? In 6 months no one has reached out to me to follow up. No one offered a refund for the fact that I walked around with a paralyzed looking face on my vacation. I gave them 6 months to make it right and crickets. In my experience with a more reputable place: you should always see the product in a sealed container before allowing the injections.
