Okay, picture this: we are hungry as heck walk into Dos Croquetas, ready to devour everything in sight. To kick off our lunch feast, we ordered two of their new shakes. The Mango shake was like a tropical vacation in a glass, but hold on tight because we also ordered the Barbie shake made with cheesecake was so rich and delicious that it could've won a cheesecake beauty pageant! It was like drinking a slice of heaven with a straw. Don't forget to bring your stretchy pants! Now, onto the main event. I decided to tackle the breakfast bowl, and boy, was it a knockout! Tater tart, scrambled eggs, and not one, but two ham croquetas. Talk about a power-packed breakfast! It was like waking up to a parade of flavors in my mouth. The tater tart was crispy and golden, the eggs were fluffy and delightful, and those ham croquetas were pure bliss. I practically had a food epiphany right there at table #2. But wait, there's more!

We couldn't resist trying the preparada melt. It was like a grilled cheese sandwich on steroids, with melty cheese and scrumptious ingredients that made my taste buds do a happy dance. It was so good, I might have shed a tear or two....

Now, here's where things got really wild. We went all in and ordered a variety of eight different croquetas with specialty sauces. It was like a croqueta carnival! Each croqueta was a bite-sized burst of joy, with crispy exteriors and mouthwatering fillings that would make any foodie weak in the knees. And those sauces? Oh boy, they took the whole experience to a whole new level of deliciousness. I'll admit, my appetite was like that of a ravenous beast when we arrived. But hey, a hungry person's gotta eat, right? And Dos Croquetas delivered above and beyond. The food was incredible, the flavors were on point, and the staff--especially GaBy--were super and helpful. GaBy which was super sweet deserves a medal for writing up our order and keeping up with my ravenous hunger. They truly made our dining experience unforgettable. So, my fellow food enthusiasts, if you're in Miami and up for an adventure that will make your taste buds scream with delight, Dos Croquetas is the place to be. Just remember to bring your appetite and a good sense of humor. Trust me, you'll leave with a full belly and a smile that lasts for days. Bon appétit, my friends!

These croquetas are unique and I can definitely say they are all distinctly delicious. Such a fun twist on the classic crouqetas and Cuban flavors you grew up on in Miami. Wish the prices were a little less but otherwise worth it!

First I want to thank my friends Michelle and Lasana for setting up the Westchester food crawl this last Sunday. After having attended that famous music festival earlier in the weekend, I certainly needed the tasty sustenance. Next, I want to add the fact that I had more than two croquetas :) ! Dos Croquetas is located in a strip mall just off Bird Road aka SW 40th St. A group of us met here Sunday to sample their croquetas flight. Instead of the traditional only ham or only chicken cricket you get it a lot of Cuban places, Dos Croquetas has has a delicious variety including smash burger style, buffalo chicken, medianoche and of course their 305 croqueta with sweet plantain ("maduros") in the mix. We tried a bunch more, but these four were my favorite. Do you want to know the best way to enjoy them? Ask for their sweet guava sauce for a delicious contrast from the savory croquetas! Order some colada or cafecito for an energy boost as well.

March is Women's month so what better way to shout out a women owned establishment than to recognize one of my favorites in my hometown area of westchester. Dos Croquetas! They serve some amazing fusion croquetas here everywhere from your basic to cheeseburger and Mac and cheese. And their dipping aiolis and other sauces are so good. You have to try them alone or in a sandwich becoming your croqueta preparada sandwich. They've got some interesting slushies too. Last time I tried their jupiña pineapple soda one. You got to check this place out. Especially if your a croqueta person! Good job ladies for maintaining this establishment so fun and delicious.

Finally came through to try Dos Croquetas! I've seen a few reels pop up on my Instagram promoting this place. The different options of croquetas is what sold. I tried a couple of them. Smash burger, the bacon Mac n cheese, the 305, the buffalo chicken. I have no complaints. They were all fire. The cubano sandwich was fire too. That pulled pork they use is really good. I tried one of the new shakes... Dubai chocolate shake. Was really good too. But after eating a few croquetas and a whole sandwich with a shake I put myself in a food coma. Should have taken it easy. Nevertheless it was really good. Even the sauces. Great spot if you're in the mood for some cuban bites... the sandwthe service was great. The ambience was chill.

Love this little shop! We stop here every ti.e we are in Miami for delicious croquettas - the croquetta flights are a favorite ( we got bacon macaroniandcheese, ham, 305, and buffalo chicken - all tasty)! The Croquetta Cubano Sandwich is also fantastic. The vibes scream Miami and the shop is well maintained and cleaned. Service is friendly and quick with staff that speaksboth Spanishand English. What a great concept for croquetas ! This place started during COVID but I never stopped by since I moved to Fort Lauderdale. It is A perfect place for crispy croquetas. We got mighty surprised at how much I liked the spinach croqueta ! The ambiance was your basic Miami stop in a very busy Main Street 107. The parking situation is a bit uncomfortable for my taste but it is a very cute spot. The service was very nice and the ladies were super kind ! Highly recommend going back if you like trying different croquetas. Big bummer they have no fish / bacalao croquetas which is quintessential Miami culture.

Dos Croquetas is the best destination for these little dep-fried morsels of joy! I remember trying Dos Croquetas years back at SOBEWFF when they had croquetas and cocktails as an event and they stood out above the rest. I was in the area on Bird Rd and we decided to stop by here for a morning pick-me-up. We came near opening and parking was easy enough (although I'm sure it gets harder as the day gets busier). They have two "VIP" looking spots up front with designated signage for Dos Croquetas and a lot towards the back of the strip plaza they are in. You can either head inside to order and eat or you can order from the window outside. We went inside so we could see the space and peruse the menu. They had a lot to offer from croqueta flights to brekkie sandwiches and wraps. For drinks, they have coffee options, and if you come later in the day, some drink options as well! For breakfast, we ended up getting the brunch daddy sandwich and the breakfast wrap. Of course, we also had to get a croqueta flight because, why not?! The brunch daddy sandwich was really good and quite big. My partner loved it and said he could totally see himself get it again when returning. I loved the breakfast wrap with the two croquetas inside. I chose the 305 croquetas because I loved the sweet and savory flavor the plantains give. The sauce it came with inside the wrap, plus the eggs, plus the croquetas- divine. For the flight, we took it to go so we were a bit confused when we got home trying to decipher which croqueta was which. When we figured it out, our favorites were the 305 (the best one!), Mexican street corn, and medianoche. The service was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in to being helpful throughout our dine here. The space has a good amount of seating with high top tables and regular seating. The decor is so cute and vibrant- definitely screams Miami vibes. Overall, such a great spot if you're looking for croquetas. Excited to come back next time I'm near this area or try one of their other locations!

Ordered from Door Dash and can confirm the food was just as delicious as it would've been had I ordered in person. The food was still hot on arrival and nothing was cold or soggy. I ordered the Croqueta wrap and it was so good. The flavors were great and I'd absolutely get it again. The tater tots were also fantastic! My only gripe is that I ordered an iced cafe con leche and I was given a hot coffee instead. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I can't say enough good things about Dos Croquetas! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was spot on, the decor on the walls was super cute and made the experience feel even more fun and inviting. We ordered the croqueta flight, and WOW. Each one had such unique and bold flavors--mac n cheese, 305, Mexican street corn, medianoche, ham, smash burger, roasted chicken, and buffalo crack chicken. We were blown away by how every single croqueta actually tasted like what it was inspired by. It's honestly impressive how much flavor they pack into each one! We also tried the Mamey shake (a must!) and the Cuban French Toast, which was incredibly delicious with the guava sauce on the side. The Brunch Daddies sandwich was one of my personal favorites, packed with flavor and super satisfying. One of the highlights was their new chicken quesadilla croquetas--seriously, yum. And if you're a lemonade fan, don't skip the frozen strawberry lemonade--refreshing and just the right amount of tart and sweet. To top it all off, we had to try their medianoche sandwich, and it did not disappoint. Everything we tried was top-tier. On top of the amazing food, the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about making your experience a great one. Dos Croquetas is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back for more!

More like a 4.5 actually, but I'd return to try the rest of the menu! Came here with one of my girls to catch up and we shared a flight of six different croquetas and their associated sauces. She had a Jupina Margarita and I had a Guavarita. With all the catching up we did, glad we had our drinks on hand! The croquetas that stood out to me were the Mexican Street Corn, the 305, and the Creamy Spinach! Though I cannot say I had a bad croqueta. But I wished their menu was clearer with the flights... I didn't expect to pay for 6 croquetas and two drinks over $30. However, there are other menu items that are definitely more filling so it's worth noting for a revisit! Service was great -- even though it's quick-service, one of the girls came to our table and asked if we needed anything else. She even offered if we wanted refills for our drinks at happy hour prices! Tempting but we were just soooo caught up in our stories, we didn't get to repurchase. But I will keep that in mind for the next time I visit because I really liked my Guavarita. The aesthetic is very trendy but the space is quite small. We went on a Thursday evening so it's not like it was busy but I can imagine it might feel a little tighter on weekends. Overall, it's worth a comeback if I'm in the area again!

I finally found a bar that matches my aesthetic. We are at Dos Croquetas trying out their new summer sips and their legendary food. First up was the mango matcha, perfect for the mango season obsession it is creamy, it's refreshing. Next up is the MOST miami drink you can ever have and if don't order it , you may need to exit this chat. It's creamy, it's got crumbled Maria cookies, it's home. Now cheers to health with the south beach cloud coffee with some spirulina this drink is colorful and the coffee you need. Don't worry, it doesn't have any scary healthy tastes. It's literally just good. Then we moved on to their Truffle Breakfast tater tots, the tots were crispy, the egg was golden but that truffle lemon sauce was glorious, it gave it the lightness that truffle sometimes needs. I then found my new daddy... the brunch daddy. I fell in love, the sandwich delivered flavor in every bite. The bread, the bacon, the sauce. Wow. The Preparada melt Cuban bread stuffed with amazing their Croquetas. The Breakfast Wrap with Dos Croquetas and eggs elevates the breakfast wrap game. But of course we can't leave without having their craft croqueta flight. It may sound basic to say that they are all good but they specialize in the craft and the fact that they have the perfect sauce pairing is a testament to this. They even have vegan and vegetarian options.

It's aight I guess. The owner is super awesome. She explained to us how it works and what were good combinations. I say stay the hell away from the 305 croqueta but that's just my taste buds that didn't like the combination of flavors. Mac n Cheese croqueta was good. The media noche threw me off a little bit. What an amazing experience! There was a line around the block but that was to be expected and not the fault of the establishment. If anything, it was a testament to what a incredible place they've built! I've ordered the croquetas before through delivery services, and they were tasty as usual. However, seeing that vision transformed into a full-fledged establishment was absolutely magical! On top of the amazing croqueta selections, the milkshakes were absolutely to die for (I recommend Fruity Pebbles!). Overall, a great experience which I'm sure is only going to get better! read more

I have been to this location twice and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this place is the real deal. Very tailored to the Miami culture, it's easy to feel right at home. From the craft croquetas to their "Abuela, I'm Lit" napkin holders, this place is truly a good time. Although, many people would not pay more than $1 for basic croquetas, the prices are worth the product. There is a HUGE variety of croquetas, such as Mexican street corn, fruity pebbles, oreo, etc. They each come with their own respective dip or can be eaten in a sandwich! Also, what's Cuban food without a cafecito or a beer? Yes, they got that too! It's a fun time and a great opportunity to beef up your Instagram profile with some small murals. 10/10 service and food! read more

I gave these guys another chance decided to try some new things, to my surprise there was some new stuff on the menu. I ordered the croqueta wrap with the buffalo crack chicken croquetas and it was amazing and super affordable at I believe about $8. This wrap is amazing, I took one bite and I knew. I also tried the pineapple milkshake, the cinnamon guava bites and the roast chicken, and media noche croqueta. The milkshake had a very light pineapple flavor with some pineapple chunks, delicious but don't expect a strong tangy pineapple flavor. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch bites were amazing especially with the guava sauce, I believe I tried something similar before but I didn't like it as much as this time. Both the media noche and the roast chicken croqueta were awesome I could tell straight off the bath what each one was, if you don't like pickles/mustard though I wouldn't suggest getting the media noche croqueta. Overall I'm super impressed with the food and pretty fairly priced if we're taking into account the state of food prices at the moment. I can definitely say I'll be back again soon! read more

So we went for the first time on May 10th which was their opening night. We had been excited all week hearing about it on the radio and social media. We knew it would be packed since it was their first night but we HAD to give it a try. Everything we ordered was amazing. In fact, as soon as I woke up this morning I was wishing I had brought some croquetas home! We ordered a fruity pebble shake (very sweet but oh so enjoyable) legit tastes like a bowl of your fruity pebble childhood haha and the following croquetas: 305, Mexican street corn, chicken buffalo crack, ham, macaroni and cheese. Every single croqueta was a sensation to our worlds we really thought we couldn't stomach the taste of a non traditional croqueta but it was sooooo good! My mouth kinda watered thinking about them again. I must go back. We also tried out their dame dos ale which was a very light beer and was also very good! Definitely telling everyone to check it out! I didn't get many pictures this time because it was almost 2 AM and we were all exhausted. read more

Whoa! Can you say party in your mouth?! These people are taking croquetas to the next level! Everything on the menu is amazing, like I can't pick a favorite. The flavors explode in your mouth and they taste exactly like their description. For example, When I bit into the burger one, you can taste all the different components all rolled up into one amazing croqueta. Well I love croquetas but I do not eat it that often so when I heard about this place I put it on my list . When I was there it was slow , but it got very busy really soon . The menu is not that complicated but the food took forever to be ready , and I mean it . Croquetas were very unique and delicious, period . A lot of people are complaining about the price , I think it is fine , but I think the real problem here are the portions . I order 3 croquetas, arepas and a beer and I left hungry . They even divided 1 croquetas en 3 for the arepitas. And also, people normally do not eat croquetas with beer, wine.... so if you want to move your alcohol inventory, lower the drinks price, it is ridiculous expensive . If I'm coming back ? Probably not , or at least Im at the area and stop by chance for a snack . Now is busy , it is a good start , is a new and unique business , but let's see if after this period people is willing to get out of their path to go there . Some changes are needed. Good look for this place , love to support small and family business. read more

Their croquetas are always cooked on the spot so you will never receive half cold, unfresh food which i greatly appreciate.I always order the mexican street corn croquetas, they come with the lime crema sauce and let me just say you will not find anything like this unique and delicious creation these owners have brought to kendall. I came across this place looking for something different to eat and I'm so glad I did. After reading the reviews I decided to order from postmates to avoid the parking and long lines. I order an Areparada and a Nutella milkshake(best I've ever had) and I was pleasantly surprised. The food got to my house fresh and everything was AMAZING. Being Cuban I know a thing or two about croquetas and let me tell you these are the bomb.com. Once you try them you'll crave them all the time. You can taste the love and passion in them. I usually order two of each because I can't share and I get all the sauces which perfectly complement them. The desserts are heavenly and make me do a little dance every time I pop one in my mouth. Found Dos croquetas on yelp and just had to go try them the same day. Wasn't disappointed at all!! Such an awesome Miami twist on croquetas. My absolute favorite was the 305 which is made with picadillo, queso blanco and sweet plantains. I also had the jupiña float which I definitely recommend. Will be going back again soon to try the arepita sliders! read more

Waow!!!! That's how I will start my review! I am not Cuban but I been living in Miami almost my entire life so I have plenty of experience with croquetas. I haven't had anything like this before it was amazing and customer service was great! There were a couple things that were on the menu that they didn't have but it is understandable since they are new and it full of people. The shakes are to die for I recommend the colada. read more

We discovered Dos Croquetas when they were in Doral. We were excited with their new location and it was closer to us. We visit at least once a week and we cannot get enough of their food and pleasant atmosphere. Yes at times there is a wait, but it is worth the wait. This is a croqueta bar and not a resturant. Liz always greets everyone with a smile and is very helpful in making suggestions. The girls serving my jupiña margarita are always so cheerful. Alex does and amazing job on thanking everyone for their visit and making sure we are all happy and satisifee. The food always taste amazing and fresh. If you havent dropped in yet; please do so. It is a lot of hype behind their social media account. That's how I first heard of them and got hooked. When I finally passed their restaurant and I had to stop and by some croquetas. And it was at best ok, I have had better. The meat on the inside was a bit too soft and "smush" for my taste. I have had better at other restaurants, I may try their sandwiches in the future, but definitely a nice front on their social media. read more

What is not to like about this place? Honestly. First of all is a Croquet bar. Winning. Now they have craft beer & wine to choose from. Dame Dos ale really does paid great with the croquetas. Omg. Here with the kiddos and this place is awesome!!! First criteria of a clean environment with enforced social distancing was already met. Great customer service from Anabella was unexpected and much appreciated in this visit. My son has developed a recent peanut allergy Adonis now has a peanut allergy and after we ordered our 12 sampler pack, he reminds me to check what oil is being used during cooking. She informed me that peanut oil is being used, but now she came in and offered a special breakfast. He ended up with scrambled eggs, bacon, tosada and as desert a milkshake. We don't live in the neighborhood, but the drive was worth it and they have gained a customer for life. Way to go! Have dietary needs and being extremely cautious during a pandemic is number one. Wow! Just wow. Miami has become the epicenter of Latin fusion cuisine and Dos Croquetas is certainly making its mark. We came in on a rainy Friday night, there was plenty of parking and open tables. The staff were so sweet, they recommended croqueta options and drink pairings. We ordered a bottle of wine (only $25!) and a few Stella's (and you get a take home glass with your Stella), a buffalo chicken croqueta, a 305 croqueta, and a fruity pebbles croqueta. The croquetas are large, about twice the size of your average croqueta and they were fresh from the fryer. Our favorite was the 305, the guava aioli is out of this world. And we all know that every good Miami spot has to have it's decor touches for the 'gram! I think in the next few years we're really going to see Dos Croquetas grow and definitely develop more locations. It's unique in the Miami foodie world and it lives up to hype...and then some! Not impressed and would not visit again. I went with a few friends for the first time. Ordered the 305 croqueta, all I could taste was sweet plantain. No meat. The cheddar burger croqueta, too salty. It's a cute shop a place to try out once but not somewhere I would go out of my way to have a croqueta. I tried all the croquetas and by far the Buffalo was the best there. Unfortunately the rest were pretty much over cooked like I've never seen a croqueta that dark unless it was over cooked and the abuela croqueta which should've been the one to hit the spot was too salty for my taste. Like I couldn't finish it eating it because if the amount of salt I tasted. Also I didn't like that they didn't explain what sauce went with which croqueta. Again it's a place you have to try maybe you would love it but unfortunately for me it's was a one time deal. But the service was great and spot is super clean. We got the sausage filled with Comte cheese. This is one of the best items on the menu. Must order. We ordered the agnolotti and cavatelli. The duck cavatelli is an excellent pasta dish. The crab agnolotti is one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had, if not the best (contenders are Torrisi and Lilia so you know I know). When you bite into the agnolotti, it bursts like a soup dumpling filled with rich corn butter and cream. It's quite literally magical. You have to appreciate the genius and talent that went into this dish. We finished with the hanger steak - perfectly cooked and seasoned. We enjoyed it with potato butter and green peppercorn sauce. We also got the fries. A perfect, golden, crispy fry dipped into the potato butter as an experience on its own. Our dinner ended with the kouign Amann ice cream sandwich. A must order if your second stomach can handle it. Not sure if I've used the work "spectacular" in any of my Yelp reviews to date, but Sunny's deserves it. A night to remember!

I recently placed an order online with Dos Croquetas and it was a breeze! As soon as I hit submit on my payment, I got an email and text confirmation. The email even had a breakdown of my order. Now, onto the food. I choose to just pop open my to go order and eat on the spot. The croquetas were absolutely delicious, particularly the media noche and regular ham varieties. I would definitely recommend those. However, the toast was not up to par - it was super flat and floppy, and not even warm when I got it. But hey, the croquetas more than made up for it. The cafe con leche was tiny but tasted great. The ambiance of the place was pretty chill. There was plenty of room to sit, and they even had some music playing in the background. All in all, I paid $11.82 (including a tip) and I was very happy with my experience at Dos Croquetas. If you're looking for some killer croquetas and a nice place to enjoy it, give them a try! read more

Publix serves way better croquetas and that's a shame! Unfortunately I was so hyped to go to this place! It was such a cute idea but it was the biggest let down... It was easy to tell that everything was freshly made with quality ingredients and with a lot of effort to make the food excellent. They have truly mastered the consistency of their croqueta fillings. I can not wait to have another family night and order more this time for everyone to enjoy! Also, the delivery person was extremely sweet. True pleasure from beginning to end of transaction. Absolutely hands down the best croquetas I've ever had! My top fav is the "Media Noche" croqueta where you can literally taste each layer of flavor as if you were actually eating a media noche sandwich. 2nd fav is definitely the "Crack Chicken" hot and spicy simply better than a dozen wings! So many fab choices with their paired genius sauces simply yum! And what's better than finishing off with their Guava bites! A must try and best yet it comes delivered straight to you! read more

Food is delicious! One recommendation is if I order a few different types of croquetas, they all look the same on the outside so I can't tell which is which. So maybe little toothpick tags would be helpful? If I'm ordering for 4 ppl how do we know which is which? Lol But the croquettes are worth is and amazing. The fruity pebbles shake was awesome!
