I thought the price point was a little high for the portion size but it was plenty. More than what it looked like after I started eating. We found the Dos Hermanos Taco Truck at the Upper Arlington Farmers Market. The staff kept the line moving, which was especially appreciated when a downpour came through! We opted for an order of the Dos Hermanos tacos, a group of 3 tacos with choice of meat and salsa - we selected chicken with hot salsa (comes with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, onions, and cilantro) and the quesadilla with choice of meat and salsa - we selected chicken and mild salsa (comes with lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole on the side). I was at one of my favorite breweries in Columbus and was hungry, so I decided to check out the food option. It ended up being Dos Hermanos' food truck. I decided to give them a try! I got the Dos Hermanos tacos with chicken and the chips n cheese. Three tacos was $11, which is on the higher end for food truck tacos. However, the food was all great! Pretty basic taco options, but what I ordered came out quickly and was tasty. The chips n cheese were good, but I wish the queso came in a separate container because the cheese didn't get on every chip. Other than that, this is a great food truck with quick friendly service. We were at Seventh Son Brewing Co. over the weekend and the Dos Hermanos Taco Truck was there so naturally, we grabbed a bite from them. The crew was friendly and the food came out quickly but the quality didn't measure up to the price charged. At $11 for 3 tacos and $3 for a tamale, you can get a hotter and more authentic bite just across the street at Tacos Rudos located inside Budd Dairy Food Hall (their Taco Asada is $4.25/each). That said, if this was the only food truck at Seventh Son the next time we're there and I'm hungry, I'd likely still order from them. read more

Love this food truck! They're at Seventh Son on Saturday evenings and I had to try it! There was a long line when I got there so I went into Seventh Son first. When I got in line, there were only a couple people in front of me. I ordered the nachos which were $8. It was chips with sour cream, chicken, pico, jalapeños, and melted cheese. The food came pretty quick. I waited not even a minute. Sooooo filling!! It's pretty standard ingredients and they don't make their dishes pretty unique, but the flavors are good. I'd totally come and eat from them again! My friends had quesadillas and the burrito. They also really enjoyed it! The prices are similar to Chipotle/Qdoba so it doesn't feel like they're robbing you. The girl at the counter was pretty nice! $10 for 3 tacos that were all wet and mushy on bottom and when I went to eat and it and fell apart. I've had many Mexican tacos and these are not worth the price. Definitely recommend double tortilla. Flavor of meat was bland. No need to pay $10 when you can go get some good ones for $1.25 a pop. This is one of my absolute favorite food trucks in Columbus! They are parked at Seventh Son Brewery every Saturday night all year long. The owners are phenomenal, hard working people. They make the best burritos in town. I always get the Chicken Burrito with everything but hot sauce. They are huge and extremely filling. This last visit we also ordered both chips and guac and chips and cheese. The only thing I would suggest is if you are getting the chips and cheese to go, ask them to put the cheese on the side in a small container. So your chips are not soggy by the time you get home. Also be aware that the cheese is not white queso cheese like you make expect, it is more like nacho cheese. Either way you will be completely pleased and satiated after having just a burrito. If you have not had Dos Hermanos please remedy that soon. read more

Tried their steak burrito ($9) with rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and it was pretty tasty. I got mild salsa but burrito still had some flavor. It was a decent sized burrito comparable to chipotle. Nice amount of steak chunks and friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to warm the steak up, it was not hot or warm. read more

Very disappointed. When I think food truck I think local and fresh ingredients. When I saw the truck at Urban Scrawl I was reminded that they're going to be in North Market soon. Can you trust a Mexican food truck run by gringos?! Answer: not if you're seeking delicious authentic food at fair prices. Tried out the Two Brothers experience during the Cbus FoodTruckFest'15, ordered tres tacos - pollo, asada y chorizo - plus a couple of tamales. The tacos had solid flavor, but fell apart at first touch. Why were these tacos not double wrapped?! If using cheap, thin corn tortillas with the method in which you provision your meat, dude ya need to double wrap it!! For the tamales, uggh extremely disappointed, is it because I'm used to an outrageously stellar tamale cart on every street corner down in H-town TX? (the original street food) maybe.. but man, the masa was like greasy liquified gunk; and I guess there was supposed to be shredded chicken in there too, not sure as I was so distracted by the masa sludge I was attempting to scoop up. So many times this truck has been within my reach at festivals, and so many times I have just been too busy to stop and check it out. Dos Hermanos (Two Brothers) slinging out some good Mexican street food. They have the staples: Tacos, burritos, bowls, chips, guac, quesadilla and sometimes if you're lucky, they have some good tamales. (I have yet to judge on that one) All the fillings are pretty close to what is typically offered, there's really not much out of the ordinary here. I opted for some steak tacos, and some chips with cheese. The steak tacos were... Ok. They were average to be honest. Nothing really made them stand out above the competition, and encountered a few fatty/grisly pieces of steak that didn't help the experience. I have to say, I was really disappointed by the Chips and Cheese. They really should have labeled them as Nachos. They were covered in that bright, nuclear, orange cheese. Can't tout on authenticity, but it just screamed taco bell to me, so again, I wasn't a fan. This truck is OK, but damn, with all the Columbus taco truck competition, they're a little laughable. If you're craving some taco goodness, and your area is a barren desert for all things Mexican, then this is a good option. It just didn't leave me excited. Sorry, guys! I was really excited about it because I have heard some good things and I love Mexican food but it just did not live up to what I wanted. I decided to just try the chicken tamale because it's my favorite dish. This tamale was so under cooked and it was bland. The chicken inside was good but that was about it. The community I live in has started a food truck day, where they arrange for different trucks to visit our neighborhood from time to time. Dos Hermanos was the first one I had gone to, and I have to admit that I am a fan now. I had the Chicken Quesadilla, my wife had the Chicken Tacos and we shared Nachos (with chicken). Overall the food was prepared quickly and was enough in quantity, and the taste was great. The chicken especially was perfectly seasoned and cooked! If being judged on the Quesadilla and Tacos alone we would have given them 5 stars, but the Nachos could have been a bit better. Not a good impression There was a food truck roundup at Easton Towne Centre and Dos Hermanos was there so checked it out. Luckily I got there right before the steak ran out because right after i ordered steak was removed from the menu. I ordered the steak taco and steak gordita. The taco was inexpensive, but it was also very small. All that was on it was steak and lettuce. The steak was not flavorful so the taco was not very appealing. The gordita had more flavor, but it was not a standout experience. Overall not thrilled. read more

Tried out a burrito from them on a Saturday night when they were parked outside of seventh son brewing company. It's on the expensive side at 8 dollars, but it was good. I can't honestly say it was so good I'd go back in a heartbeat and get it again. It probably had a lot to do with the atmosphere at seventh son and eating it with some friends. The burrito isn't spicy, but the hot sauce was like fire in my mouth. Still overall gets a solid rating from me, as I enjoyed it last night. read more

5 stars for delicious food and customer service! Dos Hermanos catered a beautiful quesadilla appetizer spread for my bachelorette group at Seventh Son Brewery Saturday night. They provided a chaffing dish, plates, napkins, and pretty bowls filled with their signature salsas. I mixed their hot salsa with guacamole sauce. Heaven on a quesadilla. I should also add that I gave them very little lead time and they followed through despite horrendous weather! The BEST touch was Lisa, the owner, took time out of her Sunday to call me and confirm my satisfaction. Wow!!!! I know some business owners who should take some tips from her! Dos Hermanos gets a 3-star rating from me, mostly due to (in my opinion) their steep prices for a taco truck. Each taco sells for $2.50, but you can save 50 cents and get 3 for $7 (which is what I did). They tasted great- I got 2 steak and 1 chicken. They also provide a guacamole sauce and another hot sauce. The corn tortilla really impressed me- the intense flavor held its own against its fillings. However, it did fall apart, but that was no problem since they provide forks. read more

Not a good experience. I had their food for lunch at an event. Because it was an event and many were eating at the same time I was in line for 20 minutes- which was fine- however- the top item displayed on their menu is a selection of tamales. This was what I really wanted. I got up to order- no tamales. They had none on the menu that day and did not cover it up from the menu or say they were out. I begrudgingly got a quesadilla. I frequent their taco cart on OSU campus. Delicious and fast every time. I get 3 tacos and a tamale and am always satisfied. Been there about 15 times over the past few months. Everything is ultra fresh and perfectly seasoned. They usually run out of product towards the end of lunch which tells me that they really care about quality. Found this truck at the westerville WARM food truck fest. Tried the chicken quesadilla. Yumm!! Loved the soft crunch on the tortilla and the chicken had just the right amount of spice!
