Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! Instead of receiving my order, I was informed that my package was "lost" before it ever arrived. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company for help, Salman Nasir was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and spoke to me disrespectfully, despite the fact that I was simply trying to find out where my order was. As the customer, I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. After looking through other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding shipping issues, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service. My experience appears to be consistent with what others have reported, which is very concerning. If you're ordering something time-sensitive--especially for school or work--I would strongly recommend using a different seller. My order never arrived, I lost valuable time preparing for school, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping practices because no customer should have this experience.

Came a couple months ago and talked with David to update my son's MacBook and was told it would be done in a day with an agreed upon price. Came back to the store after no call to get an update or hopefully pick up the laptop and it wasn't ready. Called in a couple times and more excuses on why it had not been done yet. Fast forward to over a month later and visited the store to see what the hold-up was and got the owner. First he could not find not only the paperwork or my information in the system but he also could not find the laptop till I described it. It was in the "unclaimed pile" as he said. Turned it on and it had not been updated, no work had been done! He apologized and offered to do it himself. Before finishing up the paperwork I asked to confirm the price of doing the update. He quoted me 3x's more than originally agreed upon. When I expressed that it was not the price David had given me he said "sorry but that is not what we charge and he'd talk with his employee" with no other option to make it right. Long story short, he kept my laptop for months, did not do the work, lost my paperwork and misplaced my laptop then did not honor the price his employee gave. I am not upset with the business owner for his employee but I am upset that he as a business owner in our community would not make this right. Choose for yourself where you want to spend your money but there are other options not far down the road. I will not be coming back and will make sure they are never recommended from me. I'm just glad I got the laptop back. No paperwork, no info in the system, easily could have claimed I was never there.

The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.
