He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Michael was one of the first people to respond to me and offered to come over the next day. He was knowledgeable over the phone, and for some reason was one of the only people who I reached out to that understood what I was talking about. He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I felt more comfortable going with Michael because I was able to look up his license at the CSLB. I now have ethernet at my home office thanks to Michael. I wish I had him reterminate the other cables while he was here, because I would definitely hire him again once I get around to finding out what I want to do with the other telephone jacks at my home.
