They were on time, extremely quick d efficient and they don't judge or be rude if the find something of *ahem* untoward. And they even sent an extra guy when they were only supposed to send 3. This place is great. They moved all of my stuff very quickly, they were clean and polite. The only Issue I had was that one of my coffee tables wasn't wrapped and it fell off a dolly and broke. I can't be upset though because people form the main office were so nice and understanding that they helped me replace the coffee table! What a great experience! I would definitely recommend Dose Moving for anyone who is planning a move. All stages of the process were great. From working with the coordinator to meeting and watching Nick, Edgar, and Lauro do their jobs. They arrived early for their scheduled time, which was great. They were so very courteous, and very careful with everything they handled, just as if it was their own. They were so very careful to not damage any furniture or any wall in the old and new house, and I had some really heavy oak furniture, not to mention a pretty heavy treadmill. Those three did an outstanding job too hustling as they did work. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Overall the company moved my household successfully. they were a little late showing up in the morning but that didn't matter. The workers were personable, spoke English fine and worked with minimal oversight. They seem to be an enjoyable group of guys to talk to. a couple things that I would critique is they sent three guys and they worked their worked their butts off for 10 hours. at the end of the day they were tired and it showed. things were not put back where they should have been and just put into the garage to save some effort. Now what really yanked my chain is there were a couple things that were damaged...again it's a move and this this kind of stuff happens. Not a big deal. However, i would have expected the movers to tell me that the stuff was broken as it was pretty obvious. In my eyes, it looked like they just shoved those items into the garage and buried them. We didn't find the damage until we started putting stuff away the next day or so. it also said they didn't send enough people to move the house. they were tired at the end and I get it... It was a long day but I would have expected to have been told and have the damage pointed out to me directly. I would use them again to move stuff... I don't know that I would use them to move an entire household unless they send more people. At this point I'm moved everything's where it should be and I'll move on. read more

Woot woot ! 5 freakin stars all the damn day. Actually 6/5. Where do I start. The company was super responsive and helpful even when i had to reschedule. Just incredibly easy to work with and that set the stage for the rest of the experience with DOSE moving. The packers came in on time and were on the task like white on rice ! I mean these ladies hustled and packed away everything in about 3 hours. I have a lot of stuff and I was surprised to see them just get it done. The same for the movers. They came, they saw, they loaded up ! The 4 men came in and wasted no time getting to work and got everything done in about 2.5 hours. They did not leave a mess and did not dilly dally and waste time talking to one another. I mean overall just very happy with the service. Now there was a 2.7% service charge for using a cc, im not sure why that is even remotely acceptable, but that is me nit picking on it. Whatever, excellent service, would definitely recommend any day ! Ill update this once I unpack and see if anything broke on the transit, which i think is highly unlikely. read more

This was our second move with Dose Moving and Storage. First, the office staff was quick to respond and schedule our move. They were friendly but very professional. Everything was thoroughly explained and she checked back with us the day before, and when the truck was on the way. Travis, Anthony and Don showed up on time and quickly introduced themselves - all with a smile. We went over the items to be moved and they got started. Our things were wrapped and loaded very quickly. Upon arrival to our new home, Travis realized the sectional would not fit through the small bedroom door where we wanted it; so he suggested the window. They got it in and the window back in place. Went through 8 different quotes and interviews with different moving companies and chose Dose. They were not the cheapest for sure but boy are we glad we chose them, because sometimes you really get what you pay for. We have had 3 moving companies in the past and we chose the cheapest for packing and loading on their trucks. Usually to pack is about 5-6 hours and to load their truck, based on where the elevator is at, can take another 4-6 hours. We have learned to anticipate a 12 complete pack and move...with Dose their efficiency and velocity of their packing and loading was amazing!!!! With zero exaggeration, within an hour and half, as they sent 3 packers and 4 loaders, the entire apartment was almost done led by Nick and his crew. They cleaned out from living condition of us not touching a thing to packing and loading everything in less than 4 hours!! It was an amazing and a sight to watch!! All their workers were super friendly and courteous. They wrapped every shoe we had individually to ensure nothing got damaged. This is the same place that took the "other" company about 13 hours to pack and move and they barely finished by 830 at night. From the opening phone call to subsequent texts with Marilee, it was super professional. She even texted me back when she was in Colorado for her kiddo's graduation in Colorado!!! Congrats again Marilee!! Even for the quote I have such little free time due to hectic schedule of over 120 hour work week she was able to find a time that Patrick came way after hours to meet with us!! From top to bottom of this company it is elite and I honestly have zero realms clearly stating this is the BEST moving company by far!! I support them and again, their price is a little higher than the others but as the phrase go, you get what you pay for and you are honestly paying for the lack of headache, relaxation of moving process without lifting a finger and efficiency to do something else besides watching mover's for 13 hours!! They sent 6 highly professional and clean men as well as 3 enormous trucks. The entire house was packed and moving into our storage facility in a matter of hours.
