The pork belly was really good as well, prefer the beef burnt ends personally but really good nonetheless. It's amazing what happens to Turkey when you cook it in a pound of butter. The sausage was good, not dry not too spicy. Good. With the beans, it was kind of hard to tell just how good they are. This was a serving of pinto beans, topped with shredded cheese and then topped with chili cheese Fritos and jalapeños with creamers. It kind of works. It was very tasty. It was also kind of a surprise as I was not told about the chili cheese part. We also got some brisket to try and again it was very good exactly what you would expect for a good barbecue place in Texas. It was well smoked, it had a delicious bark And was very tender Overall, we found Dayne's to be to be a good BBq restaurant. As a plus it was easy to get to.
