So I was sold a broken receiver for $380 and $224 to confirm it was broken, a $604 dollar loss. They said , "call us when you get a new receiver." I asked, will you install it for what I paid today? Thinking since he was charging me for an install but did really install anything. He was like no, I will charge you again.
