Not a bad selection here of meats and seafood. It's a nice, cozy shop situated in Eatonville near (or in) the downtown. I normally prefer a few other meat shops for very specific things attributed to each one but Double T has good beef and crab legs so I have no complaints there at all. Sausages are good but being a person that likes to see creative or more unusual ingredients in things I don't quite see that as much here. But overall a good place to go that has quality that is better than just an average supermarket. read more

We brought our animals to TT for quite awhile and always had exceptional product returned. For our latest hogs,the cutting order was not followed, curing was extremely poor, and finished product was unlabled/ or inconsistently labled. Will not use again...Ever! read more

Purchased half a beef with a friend that took the other half. (He raises beef so he didn't have to buy his half). 245lbs each side hanging weight. Went to pick up the order and only received 134lbs.(Roughly 55% of hanging weight)while the half my buddy got was 175lbs.(Roughly 70%) Pretty sure they stole/sold/gave away part of my order and they have no interest in making it right. I've spoken to 2 different people and they couldn't care less if they tried. DO NOT use them for processing your meat. You will get robbed . read more

Brought in elk with my fiancé to be processed. Knew what I should have gotten back roughly in packages but was shortaged by 10-15%. Don't know where the rest of our meat went, but the owner has no interest of making it square. Don't recommend these butchers for processing or business in general. read more

Watch what you are getting! I went in and asked for 2 nice New York steaks. The display had several nice steals lined up. I was distracted by their pepperoni and went over to check out that section. When I got home I opened up the steaks and they were different sizes and thickness...plus they weren't even New York's! I brought them back in the morning and the indifferent man behind the counter said "they're from different animals". What does that mean?! The man could have cared less about the problem. He refunded my money and that will be our last visit to this place. Pathetic customer service. read more

Brought in a deer for 25lbs of pepperoni and all remaining steaks/roasts cut and wrapped. They lost/sold/stole all steaks and roasts. Approximately 20-30 lbs of venison vanished. Chuck didn't charge me for the pepperoni he processed, but told me to take a hike about my grievance with the missing meat. He was dismissive and showed a complete disregard for the efforts/sacrifices my son made in his hunt with phrases such as: "What do you want from me? I cant go out and fill you a deer tag." Have my pepperoni made their every year, best around as far as I am concerned, its an hour out of my way to make the trip there but its worth it. Their prices are comparable to every one else but quality is better. read more

The first time we went in, the all male contingent in the back wasn't too thrilled waiting on me--I suspect it's a guy thing, because the minute my kid stepped up to the counter, they were all over him. However, the meat we got was cheap and excellent. The cheddar summer sausage actually had cheddar in it! And the regular brats were great. I went in by myself a few weeks later and there was an older woman there with excellent service, despite my ordering a couple of every sausage. She was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the apple sausage (which has real apple in it!). It has a nice hint of sage, and the apple isn't overpowering. Very nicely done. The TX smoked brisket was dry, but that's lean brisket for you. It'd be nice if they did some fatty brisket. But overall very impressed. read more

We have been shopping at Double T Meats in Eatonville, Wash. for 15 years. On Sept. 18 we purchased four pork butt roasts to make pulled pork for a memorial service and within an hour after arriving home, we determined we needed two more roasts so we called Double T and ordered them for pickup a few days later. When ordering, we specifically asked if we would get the $1.89 per pound sale price as the sale was still in effect. We were told that would be the price per pound. When we picked up the two roasts we were charged $31.25 and we questioned the pricing. The young man handling the transaction seemed confused but assured us the pricing was correct. When we arrived home we weighed the roasts and the two totaled 9.25 pounds. At the $1.89 per pound price the total would have been $17.48. At the regular price of $2.99 it would have been $27.65. We called and chatted with Steve who said we needed to talk with Owner Chuck. A few days later we presented receipts for the four and two roast purchases to Chuck and explained the circumstances. We were shocked at the owner's officious and uncaring response. He refused to refund us the full amount for the store's mistake. We used to shop there weekly, however, we have bought our last meat at Double T. read more

Double T is well known here in town and has a cult like following. It's a boutique butcher shop and their fare is always really good. You can get the best quality meat here, and you know it is butchered well in an exceptionally, sparkling clean shop. Their garlic pepperoni sticks are a favorite snack and they are always happy and helpful. If you're at the post office here in town, good luck trying to turn away from the delicious smells wafting over from this little place across the street! read more

Smoked chicken salad is to die for! There prices are way better than other butchers in the area. It is worth the drive to Eatonville.

Usually all five star reviews mean fake-a-lou reviews but this place stands up. We've had sausage made there and were satisfied with quality, service and price. We usually go with the brauts. Cheap and good. Thinking about it, I'll stop next time I go by. read more

Everytime I have gone to Double T the staff has been great. Love their trail mix packs! The selection is great. Highly recommend!

The only recommendation I can give is to NOT USE this butcher! We had to wait over 4 months for at least 3 additional people to buy into the cow (we were the first ones to buy in at a cost of almost $400 to us) and this butcher didn't even wait 24 hours to cut up the cow, and let us know what they decided we were getting (what cuts) even though we had already decided what we wanted and had called! The cuts were NOTHING like what was asked for & is not giving us any choices at all! They are giving us ALL the junk cuts (hamburger, soup bones, chuck). Also when the butcher was reminded that HE was told that my husband needed to talk to me & would get back to him he was RUDE on the phone & told my husband to take it or leave it but it wasn't fair to make the other people have to wait! Ummmm we already had to wait on them & they could have waited 1 day for us to get OUR order in! DO NOT use this shop! They are running a scam! We have to pay out another $100 for meat that is not even up to snuff (or let him sell it & we are out almost $400 to the grower PLUS not having ANY meat at all) or let this thief sell it to some one else & STILL profit! GO ELSE WHERE! DO NOT buy from them!! read more

pretty high prices. considering there are no other options for getting specialty cuts this is the only place within 30 miles that offer this. they all are extremely knowledgable about how to cook anything you buy there but again you would have to be in the middle income bracket to purchase anything. i go there twice a year for holiday cooking thats all i can afford to go. read more

No freebies, they don't know me. I live 25 plus miles away from them. But, they are quality, friendly, they know their product, and the prices are fair. I don't got there looking for Costco prices. I go looking for people who know what they are doing, selling a quality product at a reasonable price in a small town. They have processed several side for me and there are no disappointments.
