Little children running in circles screaming and hollering unattended by table full of mothers who could care less who are evidently enjoying their meal. What gets me is one child was evidently the managers as they were talking about his dad's office. Love children but I would never let Mine behave in such a manner in a public place. I just ate at this place for the first time ever and I am a fan!! When we first got there, the pizza that was on the buffet wasn't very hot, but it was still tasty. We did have to wait a little while for more pizza to be brought out, but when it was, it was deeeeelicious! The Philly Cheesesteak bread roll and Alfredo cheese pizza were my most favorites!! Their supreme is excellent, too. The atmosphere was great and I loved the layout of the building. There are TVs in every direction, so no matter where you sit, you're bound to have a TV to watch sports on. The girl in the lobby sweeping just looked at us and kept sweeping. We walked out. Had the employees acknowledged us and been friendly with a smile and I'll be right with you we would have stayed. We understand they are short staffed and are hiring but, there is no excuse for rudeness. Management needs to hire a whole new crew or do some training. Won't be back. Was surprised that I found an all you could eat pizza buffet ! Was out doing errands on this side of town and I live in Carrollton. I was pleased with the freshness of the food and every about 15 minutes they'd bring fresh pizza ! Also their desert pizza is very good and kids under 5 eat free which is always a plus ! The chains up here don't make enough Peperoni rolls. the pan on the buffet is empty most of the time... Hey Owner! Realize that everyone is waiting for you to refill the Peperoni roll pan. My sons and I go and you put 6 or 8 rolls in the pan, and we scarf them up. The other patrons are saying WTF! Please keep the Peperoni Rolls going. Definitely won't return. I wouldn't recommend it if you like buffets. Staff seems a little down and weren't passing our smiles. If you can find a Pizza Hut that still does buffets it might be a better option. Frozen Digiorno is better than double daves pizza. Ive been there plenty of times, and do not know why I keep going back. The last two times I have gone to "give it a chance".
