Been eating at this burger joint for over 20 years. It had been some months since the last time but my family picked up dinner from there tonight. They got my wife an and daughters burger wrong(forgetting the bacon in both burgers). Gave us and charge us for an extra burger. Then there was my meal. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and fries. The pastrami was very spicy/peppery and very dark. Once I bit in, I figured out what happened. The meat was small pieces, so this was obviously the last of the bits that sat in the pastrami juice for too long. It got over peppered. It got over cooked(this why the meat was dark and hard). And the pieces were small because it was the scraps left over in the juice. Then, there was the ranch. It was separated and chunky. There was no mistaking that this should never have been given to a consumer. It's just not caring whether a customer gets sick from something like this. The staff is very rude, if you ask for extra ranch, ketchup, or napkins they make it act like you're asking them to climb a mountain to get it. Half of the time that I ask for stuff like that, they claim to put it in the bag, but they don't. Used to be my main place to get chili cheese fries but unfortunately the prices keep going up and not sure but it seems like the box gets smaller. I've been going to this location for years now. I've never had a problem except for my last 2 visits. For my drink I always get a large with no ice cause im not a fan of my drink becoming watered down. In the past if someone gets it wrong. I'll tell them politely that I had requested for no ice. And former workers have never given me a problem and they get me a drink with no ice. But the past 2 visits have been through drive through and when I ordered they'll repeat my order and she said "large drink, no ice" proving she heard and understood what I wanted. I get to the window and she hands me my drink, which has ice. I told her that I requested for no ice. And she looked at me with such a judging look as if I was stupid. She gave me a new drink but with no acknowledgement. I went today around 6 and she repeated my order stating "large drink, no ice". Ordered a lettuce wrapped cheese burger and some French fries. Got to say the burger was a bit saucy but the lettuce was clean and fresh, and the burger patty was actually seasoned pretty well and hot off the grill! What surprised me the most was that the French fries were pretty darn good. They were not flaccid or limp but they were actually hot and crispy with some seasoning that made them pretty tasty. Today I decided to grab my husband some lunch and everything was fine at first at the drive thru. Initially I had asked for some side of pickles and when I went to check, they weren't in the bag. The burgers here are good but the customer service left a pretty bad impression. I came here on a late night looking for a quick bite to eat late at night. This was nearby so I decided to stop by the drive thru. I got the hamburger combo ($7.49). For the price, you actually get a lot. The burger is pretty big width-wise compared to burgers at other fast food places. It was a bit bland though, and probably would have been even more bland if it weren't for that mayo sauce that they put on it. Otherwise, it was pretty decent. I don't have any other complaints about it like some others have mentioned. They also really pile on the fries in there. Between 2 people, you could probably split one combo and still be full enough until your next meal. As for the service, the lady who took our order wasn't really listening to our questions and didn't answer them until we had to repeat ourselves. When we drove up to the window to pay, they looked like they couldn't wait to be done with their shift. When we signed the receipt, they weren't noticing that we were trying to hand it back to them so we just set it on the counter. Since it was a windy night, about 2 minutes later the receipt just flew off the counter so we had to back up the car to retrieve it.
