This place is a drive thru in-n-out. There's outdoor seating, no indoor seating available. Service at the drive thru was slow but it was understandable because it was rush hour. Some drivers will try to cut the line by entering through the left lane. Employees were nice and got my order correct. The only minor complaint was that they put the puppy patty next to the animal fries and sauce got into the puppy patty. Overall food was good! read more

He was bouncing from car to car on each side so orderly with the most beautiful smile on his face and asking "how are you today" and genuinely mean it I asked him his name. This is my go-to place for late night munchies or whenever I am craving In-N-Out. Not the best In-N-Out, but it gets the job done. The employees are always extremely helpful and nice. The food is always delicious. The downside of this place is the wait time. During peak hours, it takes upwards to 20 minutes at the drive-thru. And the lines goes onto the road. And If you have the time, there is outdoor sit down seating. There are plenty of tables on the opposite side of the drive-thru. But, you have to park and walk there with their small parking lot, via the drive thru lane. The tables are relatively clean, most of the time. But it does get dirty, very dirty. But overall, this is my go to In-N-Out. Always hits the spot and provides. Just have to wait in that long line. read more

This was my first visit to an old style In-N-Out ever. My parents never took us to the one nearby growing up. I wanted to eat there and not roll through. It was interesting watching them operate using their separate supply room. It's a walk up window with the full regular menu. Tables are affixed to the ground and under a roof. It is not heated or air conditioned. I ordered a double single, animal fries and a Diet Coke. You then wait near the window or in the seating area. The cars with food roll by you so be careful. That's a bit awkward because the same order window is the pickup window. But that's the design. Employees were super friendly as always. I've noticed the trend of In-N-Out with 3.5 star ratings on locations that specifically have two lane drive-thrus. Most of these locations are a nightmare to go to. I find that these locations tend to be slower than the newer locations that have one designated lane. If you come here by yourself, it would not be advised to go into the left lane. The window in the left lane is situated at the passenger side of the vehicle. Unless you have super long arms or have a passenger on that side, then have at it. The right lane tends to be filled the quickest as their pay/pickup window is where the driver's side would be. The burgers and fries are usually pretty good. At worst this location would overly toast the buns or sauce the buns to hell. That is fine when I'm starving but otherwise yikes. I prefer a balance of these things. Their lettuce is fresh, crispy, and nicely layered but sometimes they shove in a big lettuce ball. Sometimes they double up on the tomato slices. They usually ask if I'd like ketchup and I'd ask for spread (for the fries) and they also give ketchup in a little bag. One time they've given those packaged yellow chili peppers without me asking which was nice. Service has been consistently good as they're pretty friendly. The wait can be tedious but it's worth the wait. Great burgers and fries. Will be back for another visit. read more

This place is always busy and the car traffic usually extends past the beauty salon. Most people will wait in line patiently while I've seen others cut in line by driving up to the "left line". The lines aren't regulated by the staff so you're SOL if that happens. I usually just suck it up and wait in the drive thru line but this particular time I decided to park because I thought that ordering at the window would be quicker. There were 2 parties ahead of me when I got in line and it took about 7 minutes before the 2 parties ahead of me were done ordering. It does take a while to order at the counter because they have to serve drinks if they are ordered and you also have to wait for them to restock items if they pass it through the ordering window. I only ordered 3 burgers and it took another 20 minutes until my order was ready. Yes it took 27 minutes to get an order here and yes I timed it. A legendary SoCal classic. This location has been serving the community for over 50 years and the quality of both food and service is only the best. The Drive Thru line can be long at peak periods, but the servers will take care of you. There's a good sized outdoor dining area and fair amount of parking in the lot area and on the street. As far as favorites go, I like to get the Double Double or Cheeseburger with grilled onions and ketchup instead of the usual spread and the Flying Dutchman patty with extra cheese. read more

I've been coming to this location quite a few times now since it's the most convenient location for me here. While quality-wise it's on par with all the other locations, I've run into a few inconveniences here. This location has no indoor seating, only outdoor, and the way to order when you're not in a car is through a window. Otherwise, you would have to order in the drive-through, which always takes a ridiculously long time. If you want to get your food fast, then order through the window. However, parking is so limited and is always blocked off by the drive through line that that's another obstacle on its own. Sometimes it runs smoothly. Someone will be outside taking orders before you reach the speaker box and once you get to the drive through window it only takes a couple more minutes for them to put together your order for you. There have been quite a few instances though when they totally disregard the modifications in our order or forget to put the extra items that we ask for. It's happened enough times that now we never know if they will get our order right or not. It also sucks because since it's through the drive-through and we have to leave as soon as we get our order we're already on our way back or sometimes even all the way back home before we realize that they forgot something. There has also been a couple times when we've been completely skipped from placing an order. The person outside taking the orders will completely skip our car in line and when we get to the window we have to order right there and completely hold up the line, which causes a bigger inconvenience to the cars behind us. When we do get our orders right, the quality is the same as all the other locations, and since it's the most convenient location for me, all those mistakes isn't really going to drive me away. This In N Out doesn't have the best track record with me, but it gets the job done. Sometimes it doesn't get the job done right, but it does get it done. read more

I'm not a fan of the fries but I typically don't eat fries anyway. The produce is fresh and the onion is the best! I always ask for extra onion and they don't charge extra for it. People here are definitely friendly and helpful. They are fast! I took away a star because just like many in n out, the line goes all the way to the street and when I see that I don't visit the restaurant. I just think it's kind of dangerous. This location is on a busy street and they basically have no parking. This location is super busy too. Soon there will be a coffee shop next door and I think that will add to the crowd. You really can't go wrong with In-N-Out. This is a drive-thru location with the option to still order at the window. No indoor seating, so you can either freeze or bake yourself outside while you enjoy the delicious burger and fries. There are two entrances for the drive-thru. Ordering is the easy part...it's when you pay and get your food; realizing that the left drive-thru is not the best option if you don't have a someone sitting on the passenger side to help you out.
