So mad, the main entrance is broken, had to walk through the drive thru to go inside (because I ordered for pick up). Left my phone in the car and they were like lemme see your receipt??? My receipt was in my email that I used to call them from when I got the instructions on how to get in the building lol I literally said on the phone " I'm here to pick up my mobile order and I'm not sure how to get inside". After walking all the way back to my car so I could show them the receipt, they acted confused like they couldn't read what I ordered ( on their receipt, sent to my email). When I answered a question they'd correct me Like it wasn't MY food that I paid for and am about to eat! Maybe I don't have much patience but they took everything I had. I would just say don't expect the best customer service or consideration. (With the pandemic in mind) I try to see all perspectives n stay positive, I honestly prob won't go to this one anymore. I'm mainly writing this review because I CAN NOT get through on their website where it says you can email them OR Feedback; but really YOU CAN'T!..... So I drove thru a Doublz in Lancaster, CA. 93534 about a weekend or 2 ago at about 11:25 p.m. and they were just about to close at 11:30 p.m. and I ordered a "Family Special" which includes: 4 Hamburgers/4 Fries/4 Drinks. When I got home I was very surprised to find that my food was HORRIBLE! ALL my fries were WAY OVER SALTED and ALL the hamburger patties were UNDERCOOKED! The meat was PINK ALL AROUND! GROSS! NO wonder my order was ready in LESS THAN 5 minutes in the drive thru! I ended up throwing away ALL of it except the sodas. The next day when I called to complain I got a Manager that barely cared to speak to me (every other word out of his mouth was "Uhuh.....Uhuh.....Uhuh.....Uhuh") simply a I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE and he told me that the ONLY way he could replace my food is if I brought in the food that I threw away, I told him that I didn't take it back the night before because like I mentioned before they were getting ready to close, so why would I save the food till the morning?? I told him I had my receipt and spent $25 on this meal, was there anything he can do to fix this?? His answer to me was "You shouldn't of thrown it away." WOW! REALLY?!?! He couldn't even offer me a coupon or something. OR if they were in such a hurry to close that one night, they should of just told me they were closed already instead of making me spend $25 on such SHITTY FOOD! You know I live on a fixed income as I am disabled and $25 is hard to come by sometimes, so little eating outs that I can treat my kids to means the world to them. I have been a customer at Doublz for many years (typically drive thru only). Today I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, 1 corn dog and an avocado burger (added bacon for almost 3 dollars more). We get our food home and I immediately notice a hair in my avocado burger, so not wanting to return to the restaurant I simply cut off the area I found the hair in and inspected the rest of my burger, ate some of it and just thinking about having someone's hair in my food made me nauseous. I noticed I only had 2 strips of bacon on my burger, I was appalled that I paid almost $3 for 2 strips of bacon. Then my daughter bites into her corn dog, only to discover that it is super cold. So now we have hair in our food as well as food being served at unsafe temps, Okay, now I'm annoyed and go back to the restaurant. We walk in and the place is just DISGUSTING! Every single table in the place was filthy with either greasy food grime and crumbs to trash that people left behind, the floor had food remnants and trash every where, the trash can container was so stacked with dirty dishes that the opening to the trash can was inaccessible. I'd like to note it was slow and there were only 2 customers in there. I go to the counter and explain the corn dog is super cold and they respond with "oh it must have been frozen." So, yeah they replaced it, but as we were waiting,there were about 6-7 employees laughing and talking behind the counter, when the place was filthy, (lazy much?) even the counter they pass food over was horrendous! I noticed a guy chopping bell peppers and a female employee walked over and grabbed a piece of the bell pepper and started munching away..... All of this at the front for every customer to see!!! SO GROSS!! As we're waiting my daughter points out that they now have a B grade. I can't help but wonder how long this place has been this nasty and I just never knew because I always go through the drive thru. I absolutely will not be eating here ever again. Seriously ! I wish I can give no stars for this one!! Not the same anymore! I'm sOoooo disappointed! Like beyond upset. I grew up on Doublz since I was in middle school and every time I go back home to visit well to Lancaster I ALWAYS stop at Doublz on the way out and order their famous chili cheese fries but the past few times they have just been terrible and this very last time just did it for me ! I'm done! Like no lie and I hate complaining or sending food back but I literally had 1/4th of chili in that big ass thing of fries! Like omg.....I couldn't believe they would even serve something like that...AND the fries were soggy AND the whole thing was just tasteless ..like nooooooo salt ..no taste....! I was quite upset to have to walk in there and complain for sow thing so ridiculously obvious and Intentional..then to top it off the guy was like oh yea everyone has been complaining about that lately but that's how much I'm told to put. ?????? Ummmmmm???? So first off I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one BUT at the same time furious..like is there new management???? Or what is going on???!! Your guys prices are already not average and intentionally ripping people off????! I've Been Coming Here For Over 20 Years and I'm Sad to say they probably won't be open for the next 20. The food quality has gone down so bad... it's extra greasy, dry, and sometimes rewarmed. I just went this morning and I had horrible service... I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, no onions, and 2 orders of fries. I also asked for extra pickles and extra ranch. Ranch is extra and I'm happy with that so I paid it but don't overcharge people then forget to give them their sides for their order. I'm sorry but your job isn't hard and all you have to do is repeat the order before you give it. Also the lady stuffed my entire order in 1 bag and it tore when she handed it to me, but she didn't want to give me another bag. Come on, are u guys that cheap? When I got my order I opened it to check and she put the pickles in a burger wrapper so the juice spilled all over one of the burgers and was starting to make the bread soggy. The kicker !?!? When I got home 2 burgers were burnt. The meat was black and extra crispy lol. My mom told me they weren't the same unfortunately I had to waste $20 to find that out, now I believe her. Food is ok! They do give you a large portion of chili fries. I go here when I want that taste I like the fries and the seasoning on the fries. One thing I don't like is a pre cooked buger patty, I don't like when you start to cook it earlier then sit it in water then when I order a buger you pull that pre cooked meat out and slap it on the grill!! So they always get a lil upset when I asked for my buger to be cooked right on the spot in front of me. But other than that it's a ok place if your looking for fast food. Oh yeah I almost forgot!!! There chicken breast salad is awesome!!! Best ranch dressing in the AV. If the staff can get a lil more community friendly I will try other things there. read more

There's usually a long wait most of the time. They have an awesome Philly cheese steak sandwich. The french fries are good as well. The fried zucchini is alright. Nothing to write home about. But there portions are incredible huge all around. So its definitely more bang for your buck. read more

Food is whatever now a days seems like every time I come in the food gets more disgusting. Some of the employees are rude most of them don't speak English which makes no sense cause we are in america. Oh and last time I went in I paid with my card but their internet was down so I paid in cash which was fine but then I checked my statement and $30 was charged from them. So I called and asked if I can get credited my $30 back and the manager told me all he can do is give me $30 worth of food and couldn't give me my $30 back even tho I had my receipt.
