I get there on June 6th and they don't have my order. I tell them that I have reached out before ordering and placed a future order for pick up. They ask when I did that and I tell them that I pre-ordered on Tuesday. Their reply? "Oh, we probably threw away the ticket." WTAF!! I had search for my email and show then proof of payment.
