Took my 2009 car with 47,104 miles on it for a route oil change. Once they got the car in the shop…read morethey took it apart and took me it needed $5,831 worth of repairs. I asked for my car back and they told me that they would not release the car to me. I insisted and they still won't give me my car. I wanted to take the car for a second opinion but they refused to let me have the car. I said I needed to think about it so they took me home, I went to my usual repair shop and showed him the pictures they sent me and he said everything looked fine and that I was being scammed, it's called "Predatory Behavior". Preying on the elderly with older cars. Called told them later that day and told them not to do anything to the car I would pick it up in first thing in the morning. When I got there they said that they assumed I wanted them to repair it so they started replacing things. I never signed anything giving them authorization to work on the car. They said they needed time to put the car back together. Several phone calls later they told me that the bill would be $3169 worth of repairs to my very low milage car that looks new. When I went to pick up the car they told me that they had already installed the new parts so I had to pay for the repairs even though I told them not to do the repairs. This company claims to be a Christian based company but I am really skeptical. I would not go to this company for any kind of automotive repairs, just my opinion. I complained to them to no avail. For the record I collect and restore antique cars so I know a little bit about cars, there assumed I was just an senile old man

Wasn't getting heat in the 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid. Brought in for analysis. Was told we needed to…read morereplace the heater core because it was clogged. They did not want to backflush it because of the potential of flooding the dashboard if it failed. Estimate of a couple grand. I passed on that. Ended up getting the coolant flushed elsewhere and that didn't fix it. Replaced the thermostat and that didn't fix it. Ultimately, I replaced one of the water pumps that pumps coolant through the heater core and bingo, I have heat. All these services were about half the cost of that heater core. Heater core wouldn't have fixed the problem. Unfortunately, was a bad diagnosis.

From start to finish, the team take the time to clearly explain each step of the process, making sure I understand all the details--whether it's pricing, financing options, or the features of the vehicle itself. I never feel rushed or pressured, which makes a big difference. They are thorough when reviewing the vehicle, walking through the technology, safety features, and any questions I may have. What really stands out is their follow-up after the purchase to ensure everything is going well. That level of customer care shows they truly value long-term relationships, not just a single sale. Andrew Nichols was especially pleasant and professional to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. His friendly and straightforward approach made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend both Andrew and the Wickstrom team to anyone looking for a seamless car-buying experience. Thank you, Jennifer P. Just purchased last week.

I asked on Saturday, during my oil change, for the tail light to be checked, and that did not…read morehappen. To make matters worse, the part that was ordered was incorrect--it was not a blind spot assist tail light. This is evident from the cost difference: the part received was $444, while the correct blind spot tail light is $700. I spent over 4 hours at the dealer FOR A TAIL LIGHT!!! Still wasn't resolved. Instead the fix was to tell me get an aftermarket tail light, because the one they would have to order is on backorder for months. I specifically asked why this wasn't double-checked, as it resulted in wasted time and no resolution. I was told that it was not worth the technician's time to verify and that you rely solely on the catalog--even when the catalog is incorrect. That is not an acceptable explanation. When there is uncertainty, the appropriate step is to verify the part, not proceed and hope it's right. For comparison, I was able to locate the correct part myself through a dealership with a simple phone call. I picked it up on Friday, and my husband installed it. At this point, this situation has been both frustrating and inefficient. I expect better attention to detail and accountability moving forward.
