Here's the thing, the good reviews don't much the service i got. I mean it's just an ok job. My previous dentists, they personally did the cleaning. The last one was the best since she takes time to clean my teeth, especially since I drink coffee. The dentist here was nice . But only came to explain the xray. That's all. My son recognized him as a dentist who made a visit to his school to talk about teeth and it's very easy to see why he's so popular with the little ones. But I've never had such a difficult time to schedule/reschedule an appointment before. I always feel like I have to take time off work or pull my son out of school or wait another month or more. Their hours are terrible. The 7am Fridays would be great if we lived closer but we'd have to leave even earlier to get through traffic and then there's no guarantee we'd be finished in an hour to get to school on time. 2pm closure on Fridays is crazy. And they close at 3pm on Tuesdays and 5pm on the other days. They are always booked solid so good luck if your child gets sick.

I was told front desk will give me a call in 2 days, they took like a month to call. And then another month for an appointment. Only to be reschedule out in another month. Was seen in maybe May/July, currently in August and still haven't been treated yet despite following the proper channels with appointments. They also messed up my wife billing several times, she was stressed over this but was finally able to solved it months later. I'll recommend going elsewhere where the front office staff knows what they are doing. Otherwise, the service they provide is probably on par with the other dental office. I just don't understand, I made an appointment, which means I committed to that appointment. Now they wanted to cancel the appointment bc they were waiting for me to call them to confirm that I was going to that appointment, and then later change the reason why the appointment was cancel was bc it's a day that the dental office is closed... so they were lying before when the initially cancel it was bc I did not call them back a few days ahead to confirm that I was coming in?

My bad I didn't ask enough on my first two visits but the concerns have been resolved in today's visit. Receptionists and dental assistants are still very nice, helpful & thoughtful. Dr. Tsang tried his very best and did a great job on fixing the diastema and reshape without numbing. This time I asked lot of questions, make sure there was no miscommunication and on the same page before the fixing processes. Dr. was willing to explain and communicate, which ended up I am satisfied with the results, no pain, that matters the most in a dental visit - GENTLE WITH NO PAIN!
