They made a spot for me on short notice and recommended a specialist for treatment. Now that that has stabilized, I've continued using them for basic eye exams and have been impressed with the quality of care at every visit. When returning to get my frames adjusted, they refused saying they don't follow VSPs policies. I was, in fact, invited to take my business elsewhere.
