He was able to replace some parts and saved us significantly at this time. He was honest and reliable and mentioned this furnace is not going to last forever but for now it is working perfectly. Fast forward to June of 2022 it started leaking again and was unnoticed. As a result we had mold under our carpet, walls and baseboards and had to rip it all out. After we had it repaired by another company we discovered that the clamps on either side of the patch were not secured resulting in its failure. This was a complete nightmare and ended up costing me a substantial amount of money. I regret that I used them and would urge you to exercise caution!

I recently moved into my new home and I asked the builder who they used as their plumber because…read morethey did such a terrible job. Here is the list: 1. The master bathroom toilet is leaking into the basement and has been since we moved in 2 months ago 2. They plumbed one of the showers wrong so hot was cold and cold was hot 3. They plumbed a bathroom sink the same way as the tub (hot and cold are swapped) 4. The hoses under the kitchen sink were such a mess that we couldn't store anything there until they rearranged/replumbed them 5. Once they rearranged the kitchen sink hoses, they forgot to turn the water to the dishwasher back on 6. The anti-scald features on both showers were set way too low, the showers maxed out at about 73 degrees when the handle was turned to the hottest setting 7. They didn't drill the holes in the floor joists for a drain pipe correctly so they had to bend the pipe to get it to fit. It will definitely need to be fixed before I finish my basement or it will 100% fail/crack and cause a leak. If one of these 7 mistakes happened, I would understand for the most part, but to experience this many issues on a brand new home is terrifying. DO NOT trust these guys. Completely incompetent.
