Background: Gold membership for about 4 months…read more The plus: Bellagio express is a great standard drive through car wash- they have a pretty long chute, large number of vacuum stalls (never not been able to find one), and even at peak times you can get in and out in 30m including drying and vacuums. The minus: I know this won't be everyone's experience, and I respect that. I have an Acura RDX. My first 2 weeks, I loved this place. It was affordable, quick, and had ample vacuum spots. I quickly realized why my father had always told me to avoid "touch" car washes- especially ones like this with so much business. I probably have 15 different marks, scrapes, or scratches from washing my car here as frequently as I did. A couple are really bad- most are just light paint layer scratches. Back fender had paint removed, as well as above the rear wiper. But the worst was the front- the brushes destroyed one of my parking sensors! I just came to the realization that if you don't want to risk the damage, don't go to a drive thru like this. Hope someone else can mitigate the $5000 (at least) in damage I saw over 4 months. It's not worth it!!!

For me, vacuuming is super important, especially after summer beach trips when sand gets everywhere. It saves me from stressing out the kids. The staff here also work really fast and efficiently. One time I accidentally left a mat behind, and they noticed right and keep it for me. Another time something important fell into the vacuum, and they helped me find it. Membership is convenient too- you can even put it on hold when traveling, and there are different packages to choose from. Overall, reliable, clean, and with great customer service.
