The owner called me at 5 and told me that the machine does not work and I could come in and get the money back and they will be open 9am Sunday. I tried calling the owner multiple times Sunday to see if the other machine I was looking as was available but never got a response. I went to the store Monday around 11:30 and nobody was at the store. Tried calling the owner again multiple times but never got a response. 1st why is a broken machine in the floor, it should be made sure that it works before you go to sell it. 2nd I was a little suspicious when I noticed the business license expired the day I went in to purchase the machine.

Once they heard what had happened, the product was delivered destroyed, they stood behind it and shipped a new one and picked up the destroyed one. I can say I am happy with the way it was handled in the end. The sales rep needs some training on how to deal with situations in which the product is delivered with defects or in this case destroyed. The plumber they sent to install the fancy new high-end dishwasher 6 years ago, installed some hoses incorrectly which led to a flood in my kitchen, and our needing to pull up our floors from the kitchen all the way to the front door. Thankfully we have insurance (although after this claim our rates were hiked so high we had to switch). We should have learned the first time. We bought a top-of-the-line 4-door Frigidaire $3,500 fridge there 4 years ago. We've needed several small fixes in that time, but dealing with the warranty company has been HORRIFIC. Witbeck and Big Georges use "Centricity". Well, our fridge is now on the fritz after4 years (the freezer is no longer freezing and everything has melted), and ice-maker dripping, and as of yesterday there is a loud buzzing sound -- and we cannot get a call back to save our lives, even though they've "escalated" the situation. If I instead chose to call a local appliance company they would be here in 24 hours. We are going on 6 days, with no sign of service and no promises of anything! I am sick to my stomach. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, and they will give you a POS warranty. Hey, Witbeck/Big George's...do better! And, Mark...don't bother with the damage control here. If you want to make it right you can contact your customers who have been through H3ll!!

I purchased multiple appliances delivered at 09/24/2025 from this shop: a stove, clothes washer, gas dryer, and refrigerator. At first, the owner was very friendly and helpful. However, after I paid and the items were delivered, the service changed. I was told delivery and installation were included with the necessary equipment, but when the delivery arrived, I was charged extra for installation. Shortly after, the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. The owner came and said the motor was not working and replaced it, but the unit still had problems, including water leaking underneath. I sent pictures and he promised he would come back to fix it, but he did not follow through. I went to the shop again and he gave excuses about being sick and having pain, but the repair still was not done. Even though the appliance was supposedly under warranty, I ended up hiring my own technician and paying $150. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this shop. The customer support and warranty service were not reliable.
