When they did bother to return our calls, every time it was "we can definitely understand and appreciate your frustration", but nothing would ever get done. 5-6 calls would go unreturned, with full on phone screening "can I tell them who is calling ?" Finally, after 52 days, having to get Mercedes Benz USA involved, and at our own cost, we had to send our car to another Mercedes dealer. Who, in customary Mercedes style, immediately stepped right up, uncovered solutions and proactively advised and guided us towards a solution. Just received word from the other MB dealer that in only 5 business days, parts were ordered, car is repaired and ready for pickup. How is that possible ??? Do your own research, there is a pattern here, and this is not an isolated incident. Read the other multiple reviews stating exact same and decide for yourself.
