Since a standard tire rotation requires moving the rear wheels to the front, I reached out to management regarding this discrepancy.After reviewing their shop video surveillance footage, the Service Director formally confirmed that the tire rotation was mistakenly missed by the technician despite being listed on the paperwork.While it was disappointing to experience an unperformed service on a safety-critical item, I highly appreciate that Flow Honda's upper management stepped up, took full responsibility for the oversight, and handled the resolution professionally. I have probably bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 new vehicles in my life. If it wasn't less than a mile from my house, I would never have dealt with them after the first experience. I have had the following experiences with them. - Quoted a price to fix my wife's vehicle - got to the dealership and it was $120 higher. After complaining, the original price was honored - there wasn't anything additionally repaired. - Quoted $600 to replace a gas door - they come in painted - after checking another dealership (30 minutes away) at $250, this dealership matched them. - Current vehicle has been out of alignment since I bought it (I know, mistake) 3 months ago. It has 6500 miles on it. I was charged for re-alignment due to it being normal wear and tear - I hope the front end isn't made out of plastic if it gets out alignment after 6500 miles. Buying a vehicle from this place was a chore also. I get an employee discount, and they acted as though it was something new. I had to pull up a competing dealership offers in order to get just the basic deal I'm qualified for due to the employee discount. This is the first review I have written on any business. If you value your money do not go to this dealership for anything - especially not service. I wish I could rate less than 1 star.
