It literally had three ingredients in it, I think the cheese just was too cold and didn't do it for me while on the contrary, the sourdough bread was very burnt and the entire sandwich was just very dry and disappointing.If you want a good safe option, the short rib melt Is really good. The drinks at the bar are also really good. I will also note the ambiance is amazing, I love the way they decorated everything and I feel like it's really fitting for such a historical place, everything seemed very niche and clean which I admired. I will say the service from Lauren Stone was amazing. She was great, she was very kind and held conversation with myself and my boyfriend and recommended and made some really good drinks. The service is really what tops the overall experience. If someone is very genuine and upfront, there's not much that they can't come back from. There's lots of redeeming qualities in a restaurant through people that have humility and really seem to care in my book so I will say this place is honestly a must try.

We had such a great time! I always send out a survey to my team regarding the annual event and every bit of feedback I received regarding the Iron Chef Experience was 100% positive! The experience was well organized, well managed, and in a great facility. All of the food was amazing and I feel some great bonds were formed across all areas of my department. It's Ok, I'm not coming for the decor. The service is a little lacking. They are giving the bare minimum here so don't expect your server to be too friendly. The crab wontons and summer rolls arrived quickly. The crab wontons were super hot and crispy right from the deep fryer. They were filled with a delicious imitation crab and cream cheese mixture and when dipped in the sweet chili sauce they were exactly the thing I was craving. The summer rolls were equally as fresh and delicious. The filling of cold rice noodles, crisp lettuce and shrimp then dipped in the accompanying peanut sauce was just as delicious. We ordered one pork and one beef Banh Mi. The first thing I noticed was how plentiful the meat was in each one. Usually it's a light sandwich but these were very hefty in comparison to others I've had. My meat was very savory and had a very tender texture, almost like pot roast. It was also the juiciest pork I've ever had in a Banh mi. The picked vegetables were also really good but both our sandwiches were missing the jalapeno I've come to expect. My husband really enjoyed his beef one as well but we both noticed how the bread lacked that crusty flaky quality that Vietnamese baguettes normally have. This was more of a sub roll with a chewy texture and softer crust. The flavors were great, I just missed the textures I have come to expect in an authentic Banh mi. Our spot in Greensboro will still be my favorite but when I don't want to trek out that far, I can get my fix at What Da Pho.

Their French Onion soup is still delicious with a flavorful broth and nicely melted cheese. It's a very narrow old building so seating on either side is not very comfortable, but we have stayed to hear a set from a jazz band that was enjoyable.
