The cleanest DQ I've been to. A-1 customer service provided by JAKE! He was quick to greet, take my order & had a very positive, friendly attitude while doing so. I ordered the slush float & a grilled cheese. Cost efficient & of course quality taste. The grilled cheese fresh off the grill was soooo yummy, imma cheese lover and they gave me the perfect cheese to bread ratio. Plenty of Ice cream cakes readily available. Asked for receipt just to find out when I left it was not put with the order. Called back to see if I could get it and only would accept me traveling back to the location to get it. But lowk understandable because it was close to closing. So then we went through that long drive thru and when we reached the window the guy accidentally handed us someone else's blizzard and it was goofy but then we got our food. Bro. Like i don't even know what to say. It looked like someone started eating my food. The lid to my ranch was so messed up. It looked like someone put ts in a microwave and the cover melted. Love the desserts here! We each got a plain cone and the ice cream was super creamy. It was delicious and the portion was actually pretty big. They also have a really wide menu with both food and ice cream treats. We came during a really busy time of the day and they were clearly backed up, but we didn't have to wait super long. Everyone there was also really nice. The place itself was pretty spacious with lots of tables and chairs. We'll definitely be back to try their other items! :) read more

5 stars for both their food and PUP CUPS!! Their cheeseburgers are surprisingly good! I went through a couple of months of them getting like 3 a week. Oops. Their chicken fingers are super good, real chicken, not ground. And their strawberry topping for ice cream is made of real strawberries, not that icky jam-stuff other places have. Growing up in the food industry, it takes a lot for me to do a bad review. I understand that if you are in the weeds or slammed it takes time to get to a new customer. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE here. They had 2 cars in the drive through and only 1 customer in the lobby. They did not even acknowledge us and say hey we will be with you in a minute. It was only after standing there for 10 minutes and my son saying if we could go to Subway instead, did I said excuse me, and then the response was "We will be with you in a few minutes" THIS IS 10 minutes AFTER we walked in. This location is a bit inconsistent with the traditional food. Chicken strips are usually safe but the burgers can be good or not good at all/mediocre. The fries are usually cooked just right, just the right amount of crisp with a nice warm potatoe-y center. Staff at this location is always good. Friendly and smiling, always accurate. Never had an incorrect order from this location. Definitely go here often for Blizzards, only eat a "meal" periodically since it's a bit hit n miss. read more

He eventually came over and asked if he could help us, and my husband asked for a minute (thinking he would take that opportunity to wash his hands). He walked directly over to the cones and grabbed one to fill for another customer! We walked out without ordering, because we were in shock! I tried to call the store to talk to a manager on duty, but no one would answer. Pretty bummed since we come to this location at least once a week. We usually use the drive through. I always ask for no lid, so shes on point, she made them perfect ( mixed all the way to the bottom) and made sure she told me which one was mine with the customary flip upside down and napkins around the cup.
