Blizzards when it's a blizzard? Only in Colorado. Even though it's mostly teenagers and high school students that run this place, I have always left satisfied. The customer service is great majority of the time whether it's 12 p.m. or 9 p.m. Everything I have ever ordered here has been a 10/10 and is made very well. I have been a customer at this location for at least 20 years and have always loved stopping in after my sports games or to fulfill my sweet tooth. Oreo blizzards for the win!

I have worked at a lot of ice cream places, Dairy Queen included. For the soft serve/ice cream to taste nice and fresh, you need to keep the machines clean. Clean those darn things every day! I can tell they do that here. Their ice cream is off the hook!!

I love the brand but this location is extremely dirty. The lady working at 04.16.2022 1pm shift was wiping her sweat and her hands to her shirt. I was there with my wife and we already paid and didn't want to discourage the lady but our experience was extremely discussing. We paid $12 for ice creams but couldn't even eat them. I want a refund and inspection for this place. I have huge hygiene concerns with this store. I am providing receipt details.

Great place for a refresher. Plenty of sweets to fill your craving. They had a nice 2 for $4 deal when I went. Got a slushee and a drink.

I just downloaded the Dairy Queen app a couple of days ago. I had hopes of coupons because I've had a hankering for ice cream lately, not gonna lie. It offered me a $1.99 milkshake through the end of the month, so why not?! I went today on my way home from doing an errand. Most locations don't offer online ordering, so I went with this location because it did. The in App ordering was a little convoluted, but I did it anyway. Your order is shown as pending and your card isn't charged until after you arrive at the location and check in. Only then do they start making your order. That is fine for a milkshake but seems less than ideal depending on what you get. I don't think you can schedule your order which is a nice option, but maybe I just missed that function in my zest for ice cream. It doesn't look like your order has gone through exactly, so I drove in that direction anhoped for the best. There is also no drive thru. I didn't realize until I got there that Orange Julius is also owned by them and it's a combo branded establishment. I pulled into a parking spot, checked in via the app, and a nice mask wearing employee brought my shake to my car window within minutes. It was a painless pick up. I never went in the restaurant, but it's a pretty dated and nondescript plaza. I got a small peanut butter shake which is normally $3.39 but was $1.99 with my App coupon ($2.15 including tax.) I'm not a huge peanut butter person normally but I was really hungry and it was the highest in calories of the shake choices. I felt like I should give something I don't normally go for a try. It was good! I wish there was a little more milkshake, I did feel like the top third was just whip cream kind of filling up a not totally full cup. Or I just should have gone for a medium. *shoulder shrug* It was a perfectly average experience, what one would expect from a Dairy Queen I think.

It's located in Golden, Colorado, right across the street from the world-famous Coors Brewery, so the setting is already pretty cool and scenic. Bob's Atomic Burgers has a great neighborhood-joint feel: small, cozy, clean, and eclectic, with interesting stuff on the walls and a fun local vibe. When we walked in, there was a table near the door with order sleeves and paper forms where you build your burger by choosing the meat, bun, cheese, free toppings, and extra toppings. They have a really good selection. I went with a single beef patty on a white bun with American cheese, pickles, raw jalapeños, tomatoes, green chiles, banana peppers, and a large fry. We turned in our order sleeves at the counter and ordered fountain drinks. When we mentioned it was our first visit, the staff gave us a very warm welcome. The young lady behind the counter explained a little about the place and how the ordering process worked, which was much appreciated. The burgers are made to order, so we waited about 10-15 minutes. Honestly, that worked out perfectly because indoor seating is limited, and during the wait we were able to grab a table. They also have outdoor seating, though it was raining when we visited. When the burgers came out, they looked amazing. I'd describe them as a cross between a smash burger and a traditional patty, and I really liked that. My burger was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and messy in the best possible way. The large fries came in the usual paper sleeve, but it was absolutely overflowing, and the fries were hot, fresh, cooked to order, and excellent. This was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Great food, friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and a local feel that big chains just can't touch. Skip the lame McDonald's or Burger King run and go somewhere that makes an actual great burger. Bob's Atomic Burgers is absolutely worth the visit.

Very lowkey spot - we dressed in running shorts and tshirts and sat outside, looking at the Coors brewery and they bring your food right to your table. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back here!

This place has that classic sports bar energy you hope for... TVs everywhere, a lively crowd, and the kind of atmosphere where you can kick back and enjoy a solid burger. If you're a burger fan, be warned--the menu is loaded. It actually took a minute to land on a decision because there are so many creative options. I went with the Burger in a Bowl and added blue cheese. Now let's talk about that... They don't do the "light sprinkle" thing here. They pile it on, and as someone who appreciates bold flavor, I was all in. The burger itself was cooked well and had great flavor throughout. It comes with steak fries, and I specifically asked for them well done... unfortunately, they didn't quite hit that crispy finish I was hoping for. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting. Service was okay--nothing negative, just not overly engaging or memorable. Kind of a "take your order and keep it moving" vibe. That said, the overall experience was strong. Between the atmosphere, the variety on the menu, and a really solid burger, this is absolutely a place I'd come back to if I lived nearby. Pro Tip: If you're a blue cheese fan, don't hesitate--they go big with it here. Final Verdict: Great spot for burgers and a laid-back sports bar experience. A little more attention to fries and service would push this into 5-star territory.

Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.
