I have a dual GE Café gas oven/range, and the larger oven stopped working. I called Top Repair and…read morea tech came out to assess it -- turned out the igniter needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part on hand, so I paid for the part and the service call. He estimated 7-10 business days, but they got it in just 3, so my oven was back up and running in less than a week. After he installed the igniter, we ran a test on all the functions and discovered the convection wasn't working. He pulled the stove out, ran a diagnostic, and showed me that the control board was burnt out and not getting power. Replacing it would run $600, so I chose to hold off since the oven itself works fine and I rarely use the convection feature but I'll definitely be calling them back when I'm ready, because a new range runs about $4K and that's not a conversation I want to have right now. Total cost for the igniter repair was $300. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient, and got the job done without any drama. I highly recommend Top Repair they'll get you up and running again without breaking the bank, and the quality of work is top notch.

He told me ice has built up in the pipe and to allow my fridge to defrost for 72 hrs and then plus it back in and I would be good to go. The date was set for Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and GVC gave a window of nine hours to be home 8 AM to 5 PM. They never came nor did the company call or email or return any calls that day when I was calling to find out how much longer they arrived at 5:10 PM walked up to the door, took a picture of himself at the house and doesn't wait or want to talk to the camera(ring) away. The tech doesn't call to say he arrived or leave a note and never got an email to reschedule. And told the LG company, let them know what happened and told them about the timestamp He showed up the next day without notice at all, was there for two minutes and said the motherboard part will take 5 to 10 days It's May 28, 2024 and they won't return my phone calls. They won't keep me updated. I only got one call from GVC asking for proof on May 21. It's been 18 days without a refrigerator freezer and all I want is an update Horrible company!!! Atom Appliance Service & Parts has been around for a long time and I've been using them for 20+ years. They've fixed my refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers and stoves. I just recently had them out to fix my stove's warming drawer when a baking tray got stuck inside on an inward-facing lip (which we discovered after finally getting it open). We were all scratching our heads on how to get it out--no screws on the outside, this was a completely sealed unit. We had just about given up when the repairman said to let him try once again and he was finally able to get it open. It seemed like such a trivial thing, but we use our warming drawer often and store muffin tins in there. We now know not to to place anything tippy on top of the muffin tins. Who knew? So, I've always found them to be prompt, courteous, at a fair price, and helpful.
