Andrew came out on a Sunday morning to determine why my KitichenAid refrigerator had suddenly stopped working. He determined that their were no broken or worn parts parts that caused the failure. After a fifteen minutes of inspection he had the Frig. Working again. If this happens again he indicated he would come out ASAP to again try to determine the cause. My electric range was tripping the breaker. I figured it must have been a short in the electric range. The guy came out and said there's a problem with my breaker. Paid this guy $75 and paid electrician $150 to tell me it wasn't my breaker. In fact, you can hear something click inside the range when it gets power and its infact the range. Lazy people did not want to troubleshoot properly. Bought a new range and everything works now!! Go back to school! read more

From all the request to repair my LE front load washer machine, this company responded faster. The technician came the same day and ran an assessment. We were told the engine needed to be replaced. He ordered the piece and would've repair it as soon as it arrived but we were out of town. When we were back home, we notify him and he came right away to repair the machine. Gave the old part to my husband. Run a load to prove it was gonna work. The problem with our washer was that it wasn't draining the water and it will not work but just make a sound. They DO text you back, and attempt to schedule an appointment, however it felt impossible to ask a simple question since they do seem to want to SPEAK to their customers. I had an issue with my dishwasher not coming on. I suspected a power issue and after circuit breaker trips and other tricks I reached out on yelp to find someone. Great service . They did a great job fixing our Electrolux washing machine which was a complete mess . Very easy to schedule and good value for money. We also had a dishwasher with issues and they told us very clearly that the appliance had multiple issues and we needed to replace it ( they could have gotten away just fixing cosmetic things and made money but really appreciate their honest assessment). I called Adrium solutions for my commercial dishwasher. I must admit it's really hard getting someone to look at commercial appliances. Most appliance techs want the residential clients and don't want to deal with complex commercial appliances. The big companies want to just deal with warranties and understandably most appliances technicians around here do residential because it's easier and faster money . When i called Adrium I was so happy that he was willing to come look at my issue with my dishwasher. When I made the appointment with him I was very impressed with his digital scheduling and text updates . I was even more impressed when he showed up 15 minutes earlier and how professional and knowledgeable he was . Unfortunately I had made the appointment at a time the dishwasher manufacturer had closed in the East coast in order to run some tests . Even though I wanted to pay for his diagnostic and travel time he refused payment until he figured out the issue. The next appointment we called the manufacturer's tech department, ran some tests and Adrium was able to find the issue, order the parts and do the repairs for a very reasonable price. I was so glad to find Adrium that I had him look at my residential appliances as well and will be using him in the future too. Even thou he was prepared to do the service, he was honest to give us his recommendation of not waisting money on putting freon into the fridge since it would probably have the same issue within 3-6 months. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan of ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. I messaged Andrew to get a quote for a maintenance visit for my ac unit. He replied with a quick estimate and same day appt later in the day. He arrived promptly with a 15 minutes heads up text. I had also asked him to take a look at my washing machine as I had noticed some water in the pan the night before. He spent approximately an hour doing a diagnostic on my ac as well as looking for any leaks in my washing machine. He actually didn't find anything wrong with my washing machine and have my ac unit a clean bill of health. He explained in detail how the ac unit works and what he looks at to make sure everything is working properly. He also suggested that I get my furnace checked before the winter. Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling on a Friday, and I quickly came to Yelp to get a number of quotes. Adrium was first to respond amingst a handful of others, and offered the most reasonable diagnostic fee that seems unavoidable. Additionally, Andrew was very friendly conversing via Yelp messaging and also shared his proof of License. I was able to get a prompt appointment and on the morning scheduled, Andrew arrived promptly. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, which was a failed inverter. Apparently this is a common issue with Monogram built in fridges. I was also in luck that he had the part in hand and was able to complete the repair within 20 minutes. The friendliest, timeliness, competency and efficiency was impressive.
