I Asked for a low taper while keeping the fullness and shape of my mullet, but too much bulk was removed from the sides and back. This isn't the first time I've had the same issue here with Cezar. The cut itself is clean, but it wasn't what I requested and changed the overall style I was growing out. -- Updating my review -- I originally had a bad experience with my haircut where too much bulk was taken off when I asked for a low taper. However, the owner reached out personally, apologized sincerely, and even refunded me. The way they handled the situation was professional and genuine, which I really respect. Because of that, I'm updating this to 5 stars. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds says everything -- and they handled it the right way. read more

My nephew needed a haircut and quickly. I did a quick search on yelp and Dr Beard Barbershop popped up. I called ahead and asked if they would be able to take him in as a walk-in, and they were so polite and accommodating! I walked in the shop with my four children, and I must say, the shop is spotless and very clean. For all the sleepy parents out there they have a wonderful coffee machine that dispenses both coffee and hot chocolate for the kiddos! Everyone was very sweet and polite. I found Dr. Beard so I figured I can't go wrong with a place called Dr. Beard boy was I right the spot is in the shady Plaza. When I walked in the place was modern elegant, very comfy chairs. I was greeted when I came in nice lounge music not too loud in the background. The barber asked me what I was looking for. I was very detailed he paid attention to what I said and got to working. Very impressed one of the cleanest lineups I've had in a long time. This is my new spot as for the price it's was worth the work / art. I'm glad I found this gem for bearded men. read more

Look, I'm not saying my barber is a criminal, but he definitely robbed me of my dignity today. I walked in asking for a warrior cut and walked out looking like a Grade A organic egg. This man didn't just cut my hair; he polished my skull. I've got more forehead than future at this point. One wrong move with those clippers and now I'm aerodynamic for no reason. Needed a haircut as soon as possible because I have something coming up and my usual barber was unavailable. I saw this place has good reviews and were quick to take customers. I noticed a specific review about Yanal on how attentive and made sure client was happy every step of the way; however, I had the opposite experience. After showing him multiple pictures of how I wanted my hair length (pictures of my own hair too so it wasn't unrealistic). He nodded and got to work, mind you he had an airpod in this whole interaction plus throughout the entirety of this haircut. He started the haircut by chopping a lot of hair off the top even though I specific told and showed him to not do too much off the top. Yanal didn't speak basically the whole haircut unless he needed me to go wash my hair or if I wanted to put on gel afterwards. Did not get the attention to detail and passionate Yanal the review was talking about. I usually do not write bad reviews, but it is my hair and I am unfortunately very dissatisfied with the results, but also how inaccurate it is. read more
