If the barber was running behind, I would have appreciated a phone call before making the trip. I understand that things happen, but an hour wait for a scheduled appointment is not reasonable. Despite my difficulty in explaining what I want, I feel confident at Risko Barbershop, because all I do is show a picture of my previous haircut, and they match it exactly. When Tony was booked, he recommended his colleague, Huang, and I hesitate switching barbers, especially if I find one I like.
