No one was inside but I'm sure glad we stopped in. I love hard kombuchas and a few of their flavors really hit the spot for me: grapefruit, tropical and the ginger. The customer service was outstanding and I look forward to coming back. Get the flight!

First time here & will definitely be back with friends! As someone who is not huge on beer, I am so glad to have found a hard kombucha place locally with incredible ambience & theming! Truly feel like we stepped into another world with the story of Dr. Boochart. Incredibly friendly staff & the best hard kombucha I have had. Can't wait to be back again soon!

Popped in to get some to~go for a Holiday event we'll be attending. I like to be the one who introduces a new something or other that I've been exposed to via either by discovering on my own or from a previous Yelp exposure/experience that I've had. I've had Dr Boochart at their tap room in Esco and at the flower fields in C'Bad and every experience has been a great one! Their KOMBUCHA isn't like the store bought boochas. If you like ciders and Meads this might be more up your alley. The venue has a very fun steam punk theme. Our Booch tender and "mixologist" for the day was Lily. She has this we've been friends for a long time even tho we've just met vibe about her. Very cool and pleasant. She informed me of the current deal of "buy three 22oz bottles and get 8$ off". So that's exactly what I did. And if you keep the bottle and bring it back for a refill, on your next visit, it will be a dollar off their regular bottle price.

We've stopped in here a few times now as a mid week hang out spot. Good alcoholic and non alcoholic kombucha options. Lots of little stashed away spots to sit, a neat ambiance. A little fun, a little cheesy, definitely commits to the theme. Personally we avoid live music nights, it's kind of all you can hear since the place is one big hallway. Cool place to add to the limited rotation of options on Grand.

I love the vibe here, it's a fun place with awesome décor. Every single person working here has been extremely friendly and inviting making me enjoy coming back again and again. I have been here multiple times for trivia as well as randomly popping in from time to time. I have noticed that the taste of various kombucha tends to vary a bit from time to time, which when you find the perfect one can be a bit disapointing on another visit. All in all, it's a fun place to visit and will definately be back!

Dr. Boochart is a welcomed addition to Grand Ave. More drinkeries are always a plus and while the area has beer and booze, hard kombucha didn't have much of a presence...until now. They have a menu of about 8 hard kombuchas on any given day and a couple nonalcoholic versions as well. The place has a steampunk vibe, ample seating, friendly service, live music several nights per week and just sort of a fun vibe that meshes well with the neighborhood. As far as the drinks go, my personal fav was the Steam Hopper, a hopped kombucha. Good stuff!

Lindsey and Shelby are not only easy on the eyes but great on service! I did a flight of 4 and I really enjoyed all 4 of them. I remember the mule one was my favorite, but I had a spicy one that was goid a tropical one and a berry one all were delish. They had live entertainment and that was a nice touch. I will be coming back for sure!

They sat us at one of the semi circle booths, and even had rose petals on the table. Ambiance is 10/10. Our server was Ireland and she was the best. Pacing was on point with the wine, appetizer, main course, and dessert. Great vibes and knowledgable on the food, when we had questions. Service was also a 10/10. The bread with their special butter was a great starter 8/10. The ceviche is probably the best I've ever had. I recommend eating the pepper that it's in, especially if you like spice... 11/10. We also had the cioppino and salmon, which were both delicious 9/10. This place is a must, if you're in North county. Lobster Mac n cheese was too rich with the bacon. I think it would've been better without the bacon. We also got the blue cheese on the side. Mud pie was good but was pretty frozen making it hard to eat. Complimentary butter cake for the birthday girl was an added bonus. Butter cake was delicious. We came here bc we had the Chase credit but also it was close to birthday girls house. Short and sweet summary: Don't order the steak. Prices are pretty steep and food fell short of expectations. Valet parking is complimentary, and there isn't any self-parking. When I checked in with the hostess, she gave me the option of sitting in the front outdoor patio or the back patio. I chose the back, and I'm so glad I did because the view is absolutely beautiful. I also had my dog with me, and they were incredibly dog friendly. They brought her a dog bed and a surprisingly extensive dog menu with some really great options. We ordered: *Lobster Tacos : Three generously filled tacos served with salsa and guacamole. They were absolutely delicious and loaded with lobster, topped with fresh avocado. *Rancho Burger: Easily one of the best burgers I've had. It was cooked perfectly, and we added Swiss cheese. They even cut it in half for my friend and me to share. The fries were fantastic too, crispy and somewhere between steak fries and thin-cut fries. *Shepherd's Pie (Dog Menu) : The menu listed it with beef, but they accidentally brought out the chicken version. Since my dog is allergic to chicken, they immediately apologized, took it back, and made a fresh beef version. The customer service was excellent, and my dog absolutely devoured it. The portion was generous, and it looked fresh enough for a human to eat. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Our food arrived in less than 20 minutes, the views were stunning, and the menu had so many tempting options that I'll definitely be back to try more. Overall, this was a fabulous lunch, and I highly recommend it.

The rustic outdoor patio features red clay bricks that contrast nicely with the lightly colored stucco walls and earthy greenery. During our visit, we enjoyed live instrumental guitar music on the patio overlooking the beautiful golf course. As night settles in, the fire pit adds a cozy charm to the space. THE FOOD The kitchen focuses on Mediterranean and California-style dishes, utilizing many fresh vegetables from their on-site garden. While the presentation and colors were great, the kitchen did struggle a bit with some of the meat temperatures during our visit. * House-Made Guacamole & Salsa: Fresh and refreshing. * Shrimp Cocktail: Large, plump pieces served ice-cold with cocktail sauce and pickled vegetables. * Yellowfin Tuna Crudo: Very fresh fish served with pickled vegetables, an Asian-style sauce, and crispy plantain chips. * Grilled Ribeye: Served with a beautiful slab of béarnaise butter melting on top. Unfortunately, it was a rather thin cut and arrived closer to medium/medium-well rather than the requested medium-rare. * Grilled Pork Tomahawk Chop: A fairly large portion, but the edges were cooked close to well-done, leaving the meat a bit dry and lacking moisture. * Lamb Lollipops: The standout dish of the night! Cooked to a perfect medium-rare and served with a bright mint chimichurri. Warm, juicy, and flavorful. * Drinks: They offer a great indoor bar with a wide selection of wines and cocktails. I stuck with the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon, which was full-bodied and paired well with the meat dishes. THE SERVICE The servers and bartenders are quite personable, though attentiveness can be a bit sporadic during busy times. A special thanks to our server, Ubaldo, who was juggling quite a few tables but still worked hard to keep our drinks full throughout the evening. OVERALL The Veranda remains a recommended venue for getting together with family, friends, and business colleagues. It is a great spot to enjoy music, fresh appetizers, and a beautiful golf course backdrop.

It's not far off the 15 freeway in a small unassuming neighborhood. If you didn't know it was there you would never discover it. We arrived and took the last spot in the front parking lot. There is another parking lot, it seems like there's plenty of parking around. We found our party in a courtyard next to the tasting room. There was plenty of seating and tables for everyone, and it was sectioned off from the rest (if you need a private area). We went in the tasting room and tasted several wines before deciding. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their wines. After we got our wine, we decided to walk the property. It's a very quaint, unique piece of property with old buildings and new ones made to look old (bathrooms). You can walk through the vineyards and there are various areas where you could have parties. There is a barn, which is beautifully decorated and lit inside. It would be perfect for a wedding reception or any other type of party. There are several areas where you could put multiple groups of people or use the whole facility for a giant party. When we were there, there was live music. The band was really good and we enjoyed sitting under the umbrellas and trees while listening. There was also a pizza food truck whilst we were there. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they delivered it to where we were sitting. I shared it and we all enjoyed a slice. I can't believe I didn't know this existed here before, but I'm so glad to have discovered it. I will definitely come back and bring friends. It's just the perfect little spot to spend some time. Maybe listen to some music, eat some food and drink some wine.

We tried the Fried Shishito Peppers, Veggie Potstickers, Grilled Broccolini, Rosemary Garlic Fries, Whipped Burrata, Garlic Noodles, Salmon Poke Tacos, and Lamb Chops. Our server recommended a special habanero roll, and my friend ordered the Hawaii rolls--both were excellent. Another friend ordered a burger and really enjoyed it as well, so the kitchen is definitely doing something right. Where things fell short was the service. Our server started off great--friendly and with a good vibe--but as the evening went on, things slowed down noticeably. The host was not very attentive; we had to ask multiple times for items, and drinks were delayed until our server eventually followed up. It felt like no one else was stepping in to help. There were also a few mix-ups. We ordered crème brûlée and cheesecake, but were mistakenly given bread pudding that belonged to another table. It took about 20 minutes for the server to return and let us know about the error. While it wasn't added to our bill, there wasn't much effort made to make up for the inconvenience. I also ordered another glass of wine that never arrived--though, to be fair, I wasn't charged for it. Toward the end of the night, service became even more inconsistent. We were ready to pay, but the server disappeared for a while, and when he finally took our card, he seemed distracted and took extra time chatting with another table. Overall, it's a nice spot--especially for a summer dinner--and the food is definitely worth trying. However, the service needs improvement before I'd consider coming back.
