I went in for a cleaning, and Dr.Shah did an amazing job. She was quick, efficient, and made sure all my questions were answered. She was very professional, and knowledgeable. The service from Ani at the front desk was great. She got me checked in, and within a few minutes I was called in. Everyone at the office was very friendly which made my visit very pleasant. Dr. Dental is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. I had a tooth emergency, they got me in right away.. The way they do their cleanings and fillings, put the sunglasses on and fall asleep they are so gentle. I have alot of work to get done on my teeth I'm so glad I came here. I booked an appointment for a cleaning, they changed it without telling me first. Made me wait 45 mins after my booked appointment just to give me an x-ray and send me out... Then charged me $25, told me to my face they changed my appointment without even telling me.... I will be speaking to my lawyer about this because the customer service was horrible, the lady at the front gave me completely wrong information than what I got when I was there... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! The dentist also had me waiting in the back room for 30 mins while he chit-chatted about nonsense like a child. Staff is incompetent and not even on the same page. My mother, father & brother will also be finding a new dentist now because they've also had MULTIPLE issues. read more

I went here on a Saturday just for a filling. The dentist dropped the drill in my mouth and sliced a deep gash Told me it would heal in a couple days, fact is it needed sutures which they did not provide I was so mad I contacted them as soon as I got home and spoke directly with the dentist and told them I was not paying the bill. This is the worst place ever. No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. When you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone they seem annoyed. I had a scheduled appointment when I arrived they were closed. The entire week they were blowing up my phone with stupid reminders. When I finally got someone on the phone they said, "oh we forgot to call you!" Me-"You sent reminders all week?" "Oh, those are automatic, still no apology. Not sure what happened to this place but this location should be closed because you are not available to see patients. This used to be a great place four years ago. I get it we are all dealing with staff shortages but there has to be a better way to communicate with loyal patients. Don't say you're open when your not. Don't have an attitude when I call frustrated because you were closed when I had a scheduled appointment. I get it Covid happened and is happening BUT you can do better. Please try to do better. Switched to this office about a year and 1/2 ago for myself and my daughter. We've had cleanings, X-rays and fillings done. Staff is OUTSTANDING!! Every time we've gone! My daughter actually likes going to the dentist lol today we saw Dr. Peri, Erin and Camille and they were no exception! Very professional and friendly! Erin was great with my daughter, she LOVED her and asked if she could have her again next time. I have been going to Dr. Dental for a while now and I am happy with the office and service. The dental assists Alyssa, Bethany, and Ariel are always so pleasant to speak with and they make the atmosphere fun and inviting. They are knowledgeable and comforting. Dr Shah is incredible she takes her time and explains the process to you. She listens to what you have to say and I do not feel rushed when I am with her. She truly is an amazing dentist and the office is lucky to have her. Finally the glue that holds the place together is Kathy she is a true gem and always has a smile on her face. She provides incredible customer service and I really appreciate the warmth and courtesy she has shown. Today I went for my first ever root canal! I was extremely nervous and made sure that the dentist and his assistant knew it. Throughout the whole procedure they made sure I was comfortable and calm! He even made sure to tell me a few jokes to keep the mood light! It certainly did work, both the doctor and the assistant made the experience as enjoyable as it could be! i came in as a new patient, i was seen once for a cleaning and my next appointment was scheduled for a SRP. the day of my appointment i was having car troubles and couldn't come into my appointment when i called to inform them i couldn't make it they told me that if i don't come in for my appointment for that day that the doctor would not be able to see me unless i was a walk in patient, therefore, i will not be returning back to this office. read more

I went back to them since they told me it was guaranteed for 1 yr. They said there was nothing they could do and told me to buy Sensidine toothpaste. Today I was sent home while in pain. 9 months ago it was recommended that I have a tooth extracted, and for many reasons I put it off as long as I could. This last week the pain has become almost unbearable, so I made the appointment for the extraction. After waiting two hours, I was told I should have a filling done next to the problematic tooth, and return 1-2 weeks later if there was still pain in the problematic tooth. When this sounded like a terrible idea to me, considering how much pain I am in, I asked if he could extract the tooth where the pain is coming from, considering that's why I was there today. I was told that he could pull the tooth, but on a different day as my appointment today was cutting into lunch breaks. I am disgusted and horrified that a dentist could turn away a patient in need of care to simply squeeze more appointments out of me. If I could take away even the one star, I would. read more
