The people at front office and nice and always greet. They help you get your paperwork done easy and quick. I haven't been here in a while but i had a checkup scheduled and the dreadful dr.flores was my dentist and at first he said i was all good no cavities. But i knew i had one bc it had been bothering me and i saw it, and once i had said i'm sure i have at least one he checked again and said oh yeah you have three. Interesting. But anyway, avoid him at all costs he's a diva who sucks at his job. read more

Dr. Flores is an overall rude, unprofessional, mess of a dentist. He has no customer service skills and makes remarks that make people uncomfortable. He won't criticize you and it won't even let you know and personal opinions about your teeth. He's a complete smart Alec that does not and should not be working as a dentist. Every encounter that I have had with him, like my recent one, always shows that he does not care about his patients. Today, I went in for a light clean and he immediately started off by saying how old are you. Didn't say hello or anything. And as soon as he started to clean, heavy hand put way too much pressure and made it hurts and I set up and his reaction to this was, " no I'm not going to do it. Makes my job easier today. It's the end of the day and I'll get to go home sooner". Stay away from him as possible. I have made the receptionist put a warning label on my file to not schedule me with him. Dr. Flores is very rude and has made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected on multiple occasions. One time over a year ago he cut my mouth and when I brought it up he suggested I had herpes. I left concerned and brought this up to my primary doctor to which he denied. He let me know it was caused by a cut most likely when visiting the dentist. This time around, Dr. Flores disrespected me in a new way. During my maintenance cleaning, he poked at my lower gums, which are very sensitive and it caused me to flinch. He then pulled away and berated me. He told me to make his job easier and leave. I felt incredibly uncomfortable considering this was a service I was paying for. I was treated very poorly and do no recommend this place to anyone. Try other Perris dentists. There are multiple with better reviews. read more

Dr. Flores and his Dental Assistant Daisy made my visit as smooth as a dentist visit can be. They made sure I was comfortable and numbed extremely well, I felt virtually no pain despite having two cavities. He was very thorough with my cleaning and they were very kind. Horrible service! Do not come here. They said I had 7 cavities, went to another dentist and they told me I only had 2 cavities. I confronted them about it and they agreed that I only had 2 cavities, so they scheduled me to come back and get those cavities filled. When I went they did not fill the cavities they were supposed to. They filled some other teeth. SMH read more

I wish I had something good to say about this dental office! Actually I do!! The first time I came dr (HE) was very professional and he even said they'll try their bets to help. On my second visit the (lady) took care of me and she was just rude! Hurt the side of my mouth and in a very sarcastic way told I was delicate! Well she didn't even do a good job and the surface was left very rough. She was just mean. Then I was told they'll call for a follow up and waited but they never called. They don't schedule 3 siblings on one day. Seriously makes no sense for the customer. I even offered a cancellation fee.

I didn't get a chance to meet the actual doctor but for reception and everything else, it was horrible. I called because I was running about 5 minutes late and wanted to let them know. The receptionist acted like I had personally offended her. Upon arrival I walked into a dirty waiting area with old beat up chairs. They were socially distanced just filthy. I then filled out some paperwork. My appointment was for 9. I was not taken back until 9:58 at which time I asked the tech how long it would be. I was put in another chair where I waited about 15 more minutes before I had enough and got up to leave. I told reception I was 45 minutes from my job and needed my appointment to be on time. She offered to reschedule me for 6 weeks from now. This was my first appointment here. I would steer clear of this place. Like I said I never actually got any dental work not even xrays in the 1.5 hours I was there before I left. read more

Wouldn't recommend last time I went they wouldn't allow one kids parent to enter the room even tho the parent said that the kid will need them to go with them since they get very anxious alone and that the kid would move a lot as well. What happened next was the fact that the dentist cut the kids gum and they where bleeding and the dentist tried to blame the kid for being to nervous even tho the parent told them he was like that alone. As well as one time they messed up one of my friends teeth by doing the refill wrong (overfilled) and they tried to blame them for not noticing even tho they admitted it was there fault for numbing my friend way to much and not double checking if they refilled it right. Also for me I was checking in and saw most of the dentist just chilling back there while the room was full of people and not to mention the laddies in the front desk were talking horrible about some of the patients there. As well as again the dentist were being very unprofessional by talking trash about some patients there. They even went as far as playing Rock Paper Scissors to not take some patients. Check in 15 mins early appointment at 9 1030 still haven't been seen great dentist slow ...i canceled my appointment due to that fact my son is still waiting to be seen...we we're second to arrive at opening yet 5th to be called only to sit another 30 mins waiting to be xrayed until the dentist notice and finally my son was xrayed ....mind you this is every time we come...this will be our last ...how do paitens who show up after us are seen first... front desk unfriendly nor helpful! I Do not recommend parents who have toddlers to this Dentist I have a 3 yr old & Dr saucedo Told me i am not able to be in there with my son during the process and she still threaten me to call Cps because according to her i gave him candy because his tongue was blue when i gave him gatorade to keep him hydrated on a hot day and told me he had alot of cavities and didnt even take any xrays of his teeth and the dentist who reffered me to her had took xrays and told me he had 2 cavities also she said she was no a professional on kids and she use a un sanitize equipment in my sons mouth it was on top of the counter and her assistant left it on her chair she was sitting on while she got something from the room next to us and didn't wipe it down i dont think that's professional specially during this covid situation parents please be careful and make sure who ever gets a hold of your kids health does there job with percaution read more

Dental work is always expensive and I understand that not everyone has the means to pay especially during an emergency; however, this office works with you and makes a dental plan that allows for payments. Their prices are great in comparison to other places. They take medi-cal and treat everyone great no matter if you are a cash or insurance client. My treatments were pain free. All of the dentist i encountered over the last 6 months have been great . They always ask if you are ok and let you know what you can do to make your dental health better. The office is also clean. I am always picky with front desk staff but i have to say the front desk staff is very nice and is always willing to help. I have seen them take in patients who are in pain and need emergency appointments. They take care of their clients. I have recommended this place to many friends and family including a friend that needed a referral to an oral surgeon whom needed her wisdom tooth removed (it was covered by medi-cal) If you need dental care call this office they are exceptional! read more

I went in this office for the first time in October 2018 because I had tooth pain. I was very nervous but Dr. Powers was very kind and told me what I needed done. I went back today to do a procedure and I had so much anxiety going in, the dental assistant greeted me and made me feel really comfortable and told me not to worry. Dr. Powers and Mario were beyond AMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable to help me keep calm, they were so patient. I will only go to Dr. Powers for now on. He is very understanding and I am so happy with the work that he did. He gave me tips on what I can do on my next visit so I won't be as nervous. Dr. Powers is by far the best dentist I've ever had. Can't give no stars or else I would. Made two appointments even got there early. Walked in and the ladies at the counter were speaking Spanish to each other. No one bothered to say Good morning or how at you. The check in lady looks up at me and asked do you have an appt and I said yes so then she proceeds to throw a sign in sheet at me. Horrible! I went in to have a tooth extraction. During the extraction the Dr badly chipped the tooth next to the one that was being extracted, then lied about it when I asked if it had been damaged. Also did not remove all the the tooth! I literally had to remove some of the remaining tooth myself when I got home because it was poking me, I couldn't get it all and still have a sliver of tooth left in the space and my tooth next to it is still chipped. So unprofessional and rude! PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER, THEY CHARGE YOU MORE! read more

I am very pleased with the office, other than the wait time there is. There is always about an hour wait or more when we always go, but that's the only thing I can complain​ about. I had a cleaning done the other day by one of the dentist and he did a wonderful job. He is very gentle and takes his time to numb you. The young, tall light skinned lady that was with him is wonderful also. She is very good at what she does and made me feel comfortable. I'm very nervous when it comes down to going to the dentist. I took my daughters in to get their exam done and they did great. Very nice office, with great staff. Would recommend it to anyone. read more

The caregiver for a 90 year old patient was taken to Dr. Deza's Dental Office on March 28, 2014. The worst service was given by the receptionist and the front office personnel. They wouldn't fax over a prescription to the pharmacy or call it in while the patient was there. They stated that they don't do that. A prescription was given to the caregiver to take to the pharmacy. Upon arrival at home, the daughter-in-law called the office to see why they wouldn't call or fax the Rx in. She was told that they don't do that. The daughter-in-law asked to speak to a supervisor and the girl said she wasn't there and would have to call back between 2pm and 3pm. It is ridiculous to think that a medical office or dental office will not call or fax a prescription to a pharmacy. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!! read more
