At first I didn't want to go to this place because I thought he would charge me an exorbitant amount of money due to his high ratings of satisfaction, but I since he was close to where I work I decided to give him a shot. Even though he was already working on a phone and talking with other people, he acknowledged my presence and made me feel welcomed. He asked me if yelped and I said and he said," Good. I'm about to save you $10". I was like wow! So it came time for me to get my phone fixed (I had shattered the screen and back of my iPhone 4S) and he said I could take a seat next to him. We engaged in a conversation and soon his two buddies chimed in. I gotta say that this is the best customer service I have ever received. Dr. Digital had 5 stars with over 400 reviews. In this day and age when you can maintain that level of customer satisfaction you are definitely doing something right. This business is HIGHLY ethical. I called them with a problem with my Samsung Note 2, and rather than luring me in for my money, they gave me instructions on how to get AT&T to fix it for free, and only if and when that fails, to come in to them. Gone to Dr. Digital twice, once for screen repair, and the second time bc I had dropped my iphone in water. He was able to fix it both times, and charged me less than other repair places. I still can't believe he saved my iphone after it fell in a pitcher of water and I could not get it out for a good minute. He didn't try to sell me any parts I didn't need, and he didn't make any empty promises. Great place, kind service and good prices. I've been here at least 7 times over the past 5 years for my family's broken screens and disconnected phone face plates. It gets busy here so I call ahead to make sure they have my screen in stock, an appt to drop it off, and get a quick estimate. Came here today to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed after dropping it at the gym which caused the whole screen to crack. It was really bad and dangerous to use because of the glass shards. I called many places to compare prices and this was the place I got quoted a good deal. It was $110 to fix the screen and because the frame was not harmed otherwise it would have been more according to him. About 50 more. Broke my Iphone 6 screen and the LCD. Without missing a beat, they had my phone fixed in 15 minutes. Where most places are 80 (not including tax) for a new Iphone 6 screen by itself, I was able to get a new screen and the LCD fixed for 81 total! I was so upset my phone cracked right before a huge family event.
