Came here today to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed after dropping it at the gym which caused the whole screen to crack. It was really bad and dangerous to use because of the glass shards. I called many places to compare prices and this was the place I got quoted a good deal. It was $110 to fix the screen and because the frame was not harmed otherwise it would have been more according to him. About 50 more. After a very bad experience I had with the Apple store in Sherman Oaks, approximately about two weeks ago, which as a result I have lost two days of my precious time, my nephew Michael O, referred to JB from Dr. Digital, and believe me, in less than 15 minutes JB opened my IPhone and my screen cracked, something Apple told me it may happen and they didn't want to open and fix my IPhone, because they were forcing me to order a new IPhone instead. JB immediately calms me down and said don't worry, I will replace it at cost. Not only he put a new screen, he also fixed my phone for less than $75.00. Unfortunately, because of Apple, I lost a day and a half getting the run around. I would actually expect the same customer service from Apple but unfortunately they only aggravated me more. I was so upset my phone cracked right before a huge family event.
