I took it to Juda at Dr. Digital right before closing and he fixed it right there in front of me in about 20 minutes. He was meticulous and looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. My phone looks brand new! I paid a little over $100 including tax to fix my iPhone 6s. It's a bit more expensive than getting an iPhone 6 screen fixed because of the 6s 3D touch screen. Worst service ever !! I went here to get my Samsung galaxy note 8 fixed they totally messed it up. They told me 50 dollars up front and they said I'd be ready in less then 4 days i came back and they didnt fix it yet. I went back again and they had told me it wouldn't work anymore. And when i asked them can i get my money back they refused service to me and were awful rude. I wouldnt reccomend this service. They saved me a lot of grief from another company by letting me know that they could do the same fix, but it would break in two weeks. Instead of waiting for a new part to be installed badly somewhere else, I got a replacement motherboard for the same price as the port at the other place. They did the work while I waited. A little higher then I wanted to pay to fix my 5S but the gentleman behind the counter won me over with his friendly and professional attitude..it took about 15 mins and I was out the door and on my way home. I would come back here to fix my phone in a pinch but think they should lower the prices slightly because smart glass DIY fix kits cost 5 bucks on eBay so charging $75 extra for 20 mins of labor seems excessive but like I said, friendly, professional, and quick so it worked for me....if they had been $50 then I would have given 5 stars.... read more

SCAMMED ME OUT OF MONEY!! We took in a Samsung S8 plus on Monday and were promised to have it back with new parts by Tuesday. Fast forward...I NEVER received a call the entire week to let me know they dropped the ball or simply to provide an update. We ended up calling them on Friday and asked the owner, Juda, for a refund. He obliged and that was the end or so we thought. We showed up to the store on Saturday afternoon to request our refund and we were informed by an employee that Juda stated he would not reimburse the labor fee of $100?! My jaw literally dropped open!! They handed me the phone back in the EXACT condition I gave it to them in, they provided zero communication during the process, and I'm supposed to believe that my phone didn't just sit there for a week?! Nothing was fixed! When I took in the phone they made it seem like it would be an easy fix and that I would have it back next day. Juda was so fast to take almost $500 from me but after that I was completely strung along. I am attaching a picture of the legal receipt I received from this establishment which I will be presenting in civil court. Juda wrote $25 for labor on the receipt but he kept $100 from my refund!! He was so rude, unprofessional, and unethical. He actually yelled at us when we told him to do the right thing and to act in an ethical manner. What owner does that?! What an example for his employees. This place should be shut down. I ended up going to the West Valley Police Station to speak to an officer about my rights and I will be seeing Juda in civil court. I was completely conned and taken advantage of. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lost us as customers and I will never refer family or friends here. A smart business owner would have done the right thing and given us the amount shown on the receipt and not conned us out of our money. read more

When the screen broke on my iPhone I took it in to Dr. Digital to have it fixed, and I'm so glad I did. Fixed the screen and the home button on my phone for $75 while I waited. Later that week my phone started inexplicably dying while fully charged. D'oh! I took it back in and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly - and tossed in a free battery.
