My girlfriend dropped her iphone 4 and the screen broke. I popped in his current location to ask for the price and called the next day to make the appointment. I was able to come in immediately. He invited me to watch as he disassembled the phone - something I appreciated because I'm a bit paranoid about data security. The process was surprisingly complex. It seemed like nearly everything had to come out to remove the front screen yet he did it quickly and without hesitation. He hit a snag while reassembling the phone, but identified the issue and changed the offending part. He apologized for the extra time taken. The phone looks good as new and functions well. Cost was exactly what I was quoted. It saved my girlfriend hundreds from getting a new phone and saved me the hundred dollars that I would have spent on dinner trying to make her feel better about having to buy a new phone. I just left from getting my I-phone fixed and I am very satisfied. I initially went to the apple store and it was going to cost me about $150 and it cost about half at Dr. Digital Repair. This place is amazing! You should note that we stopped two places before here and both charged way higher prices and would not be done as quick.
