I was having problems with my 2 year old laptop and thought it was just a bad wifi issue. After calling around I was quoted a decent price. I brought it in on a Friday afternoon. Juda, the owner, looked at it and discovered the issue wasn't wifi related but a software/operating system issue. Once again he quoted a very reasonable price. I left it with him and was pleased to get a call the next morning that my computer was fixed and ready. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and discussed with Juda what was wrong with my pc. He took the time to go over it with me. It turned out to be a buggy operating system. My girlfriend dropped her iphone 4 and the screen broke. I popped in his current location to ask for the price and called the next day to make the appointment. I was able to come in immediately. He invited me to watch as he disassembled the phone - something I appreciated because I'm a bit paranoid about data security. The process was surprisingly complex. It seemed like nearly everything had to come out to remove the front screen yet he did it quickly and without hesitation. He hit a snag while reassembling the phone, but identified the issue and changed the offending part. He apologized for the extra time taken. The phone looks good as new and functions well. Cost was exactly what I was quoted. It saved my girlfriend hundreds from getting a new phone and saved me the hundred dollars that I would have spent on dinner trying to make her feel better about having to buy a new phone. Wow! I was absolutely blown away by the service and knowledge of Sam. I will recommend this place to family friends and even strangers these people kick ass!! I called multiple places in desperate need of a screen replacement on a iPhone five I was either denied by shops being closed or told to leave the phone overnight or a minimum of three hours and repair time.
