About 6 months ago i destroyed my I phone screen back and front. I refused to get it fixed because i didn't want to spend the cash to replace it.i always walk down the street and find a repair store for phones or what not and every time i walked in to one the atmosphere was the same dull and dry and i felt like my pocket book had been assaulted so i instantly walked out. Thankfully Juda has changed all this. I was walking home and noticed this amazing repair shop so i decided to check it out as i rounded the corner i saw this amazing dog "LUCKY BOY" and he was just so sweet and loving i immediately knew i walked in to a unique and personable store. The owner of the shop greeted me the moment i hit the threshold of the store. We chatted briefly about what i was in need of before i showed him my "work of Art" meaning my Iphone. He kindly said he would be able to help me and he took less than 30 minutes and he is the lowest priced shop i have come in contact with and If you ask me that's amazing. This store and its staff have a great personality and heart. This isn't just a store where you will make a business transaction its a place to meet really people who understand That not everyone can just run out and buy that new phone when life happens and as we all know it does. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I called over the phone last week to get a quote on a flip phone I wanted to get fixed. (I had important contacts I needed retrieved) I spoke directly to the owner Juda to see what he could do for me. He laughed at me over the phone for wanting to fix my flip phone and said "your phone isn't worth my time" keep in mind I'm a potential new customer and the only reason I called him first was because of the Yelp reviews. But as some have mentioned multiple times he "forces" you to write a good review for a discount.. that explains all the good reviews. Anyways I took my phone to another repair shop and got it fixed for cheap and they didn't laugh at me when I brought it in. Overall Juda is extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending anyone to his shop! In response to Juda's comments.. My sole purpose was to raise awareness on how I was mistreated over the phone. You LAUGHED at me a would be paying customer that wanted to get their phone replaced. It's extremely unprofessional to laugh at any repair. You and I both know that's how the conversation went down. I dropped my iPhone 6s Plus and needed to replace the glass. I looked on Yelp and found that Dr. Digital had great reviews. I went to get my iPhone fixed and found that they give you a discount, only if you leave a five star yelp review when you're in the store. About a week later my iPhone cracked again because of the cheap glass they used. I took it back hoping to get it fixed again and they said that I would have to pay even more than the previous price that I paid, in addition they also said that there was a bigger issue since the home button didn't work and kept giving me all these excuses to add additional costs. I walked out and took my phone to the apple store where they fixed it for much cheaper and my screen didn't crack again because they used the proper glass. With all the sharks out there preying on people who don't understand technology, I want to praise and highly recommend Juda! (Dr. Digital.) His honesty, integrity and great service is next to none. I had issues with my Macbook Pro power and he thought it could have been the battery or the Logic Board. He replaced the battery but I still had issues. He persevered until he realized it was the 3rd party charger I had bought online. He could have easily told me it was the Logic board and charged me hundreds of dollars but he didn't. Thanks Judah! We'll be coming again!! My only regret is that we didn't find him sooner!!!! I shattered((completely shattered)) my wifes iphone 5s, no one was able to fix due to the major damage i made((dont ask why i did it)). Was able to locate this Great location, Dr.Digital. Called them and they were up for the challenge to fix the phone. Comfort zone right at the front door. Greeted by Juda and Sam, great guys and straight forward, from what they are capable of doing and pricing. After looking at the phone and the major damage and listening to my sorry story on how it broke. They kept their words and fixed it, phone looks brand new, i actually miss looking at it broken. Just an update I came here about a month ago to get my screen changed for my Iphone 6 plus they did a great job and it has been working very good no problem. As of two days ago I have had some concerns with my phone I took it back and explained to him what happened. I wanted to see his input to see if maybe it is just the firmware that is causing my phone not to read finger or the LCD just not working correctly. He offered to replace the screen since I had just got the service done a month ago I did not ask for him to replace it but instead he offered. What great customer service they have at this location. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to receive great customer service and promptly repairs. read more

I brought in my iPad because it wasn't charging. I was told that I needed close to $300 in repairs, and if my screen broke during the repair, I would need to pay for that as well at a cost of $250. I went to the Apple store for a second opinion, and you can imagine my surprise when after they rebooted the device, everything was working perfectly and all of the diagnostics checked out. You would think that the "tech" here would have known that -- or perhaps he just wanted to fraudulently charge me for a full repair and then just reboot the device and tell me that it was repaired. Sounds a bit shady to me. I highly recommend avoiding these type of places and just go straight to your local Apple store. read more

Judah is AWESOME.......I had a problem with my IPhone. I went to a company called CPR Cell Phone Repair located on Tampa in Northridge. I could not hear through my phone's ear piece. They had indicated that the Mother Board needed to be changed at a cost of $450.00. NO WAY on earth. I then found Dr. Digital in Reseda. Judah inspected the phone and actually fixed the problem in 20 minutes and only charged me $50.00! By the way, he did not have to change the mother board. Those CROOKS at CPR tried to make a $400.00 profit off of me. Dr. Digital made a customer for life. He is definitely a DOCTOR on cell phones. read more

My wife dropped her new IPhone 5s which is only a month old. Verizon wanted $450 to swap out with no insurance and Apple Store wanted $279 to swap out. I called around looking for the best price to replace just the glass and the lowest I found was $199. Then I found Judah! He was very informative and explained the complete procedure and why I should not just change the glass but the complete assembly. He was also alot less expensive at $150 and it took only 20 minutes to complete the repair. The phone is like new and Judah has extremely helpful and a very honest businessman. Dr. Digital is THE MAN!!! I went in to Dr.D with a Galaxy Note 2 brand new (not even one week) broken screen/ no insurance. Not only was he understanding of my situation but he explained to me what would need to happen for my phone to be fixed. 2 days later I walked out of his business with a Like new phone, a smile on my face, a new business/friendship, and a few dollars left in my pocket.I AM GLAD I WALKED IN-- IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!! Highly recommended for both service and a real sense of genuine concern for your problem. He is good to his word for making things right if his repair doesn't address the issue. It was reassuring for him to explain things in terms that makes sense to those of us not "hip" to the computer jargon. I cracked my screen at work today and needed a quick replacement. I called them and they're open until 8 pm and close to where I live, so it was easy to swing by on my way home from work. It only took about 15-20 min. (He was finishing another phone). After putting on the new screen he noticed it had some damage to it and very quickly put a new one on. I appreciated that detail, otherwise I would have had to come back later. Staff was efficient and friendly. Would come here again. (But hopefully won't break my phone again!! ) read more

Also, when I explained another problem I was having with formatting an external hard drive, he offered to help with that. He was knowledgeable and courteous and completed the job on time.
