Dr. Digital is my go to for any phone or computer issue. Juda repaired my HTC Evo 4 sceen and it didn't work right away. Juda replaced the screen two more times until it was fixed with no extra charge (bad batch of screens - not the instal as I watched him install it - he hides nothing). At another visit, I had Juda update the operating system on my sony vaio. The install went great except for one driver that runs the scrolling on the mousepad. Juda spent a great deal of time to find the correct driver and solved the problem. On my last visit to Dr. Digital, I switched my phone plan from Sprint to GoSmart and once again Juda didn't disappoint. He's always fair, transparent, and the store is clean. Came to Dr. Digital to get my wife's 6s repaired, she had a cracked screen. Let. Me. Tell. You. These guys are AMAZING and hands down THE best phone repair shop I have ever been to. I was able to leave my wife and son in the car w/the cool AC running and the fellas in the store repaired my wife's phone in 10mins! Her screen looks brand new, no knock off parts, clean, perfect looking as if it was never cracked. I also received a discount when I checked into their store on yelp. I came here to replace my phone screen a couple months ago because I read the reviews and saw the yelp deal they offered. The prices seemed cheaper than most places so I drove out of my way to go there. Getting there the owner instantly gave me weird vibes. The offer on yelp isn't really what it seems and is meant to lure customers in. I gave them my phone to fix and asked for the yelp deal. I was told the new glass i got was guaranteed. Anyways they fixed my phone pretty quick and offered me a tempered glass cover and of course I took it because i didn't want to crack my screen again. The guys told me that with the tempered glass cover it would protect it at a higher level and I wouldn't have to worry about cracking it bc the glass cover would catch the impact and not my actual screen. A week later, I dropped my phone with a case on. My tempered glass screen was in tact, but my phone screen underneath was not. I instantly called the store because I remember the guy that worked there telling me the screen had a guarantee. When i called the guy seemed very upset about me just asking about the guarantee. He acted as he never mentioned it. The only reason i called back was because he told me the screen had the guarantee, if not I would have dealt with it on my own and paid for a whole new screen. But after couple minutes on the phone the guy settled for a $30 fix. I went the next day and as soon as the guy knew its was me his attitude changed. He made it seem like i begged for a new free screen and forced him into giving me a discount, which is not true. Then he kept lecturing me on how he never said the screen had a guarantee, and that he would never do this again for me. He also was explaining different analogies to give me and understanding on why the tempered glass doesn't always work and said he told me not to 100% rely on it when I bought it, and again he never explained it when I initially went in and purchased it. I've never experienced such rude behavior from a business owner, or any one in general. I work in customer service so I know the struggles of dealing with people but he seemed angry and unhappy and took it out on me. I know it is hard sometimes, but having him lecture me and try to make me feel some type of guilt for coming in was unbearable. I mean I got my phone fixed, but it wasn't an experience I wanted to endure. If i knew i was going to be treated like this I would have paid full price at another location. Also, the first time i was charged incorrectly. I was billed an extra $15. All in all, they will always have great yelp reviews, because they force people to post one before they fix the phone but I hope this post brings awareness to the people working there. I hope they treat other guests better than I was treated, and no one else has to go through this. read more

WANING Don't ever go there. SCAM Artist. Went there to get my computer fixed because it was shutting down by itself. Told me over the phone that it would be $35 diagnostic fee and if I decide to have fixed he will put the fee toward repair. Took a look at the computer for 2 minutes and told me I didn't have enough thermal paste and its over heating. It sounded a little ridiculous but I said ok, how much to fix it, he refused to work on it and said its not something he does and recommended I go to Best Buy or Frys. Said he did his job by diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be wrong either way. Charged me the $35 fee for plugging the computer in and looking inside for 2 minutes. Went to another place few blocks away they diagnosed the problem which was a bad power supply and fixed everything for $85. This is the first time I had ever seen some one scream at his customers and make them feel uncomfortable just to get his $35. Wow, ridiculous. read more

I check in when I came to receive the sale price. I give two stars because the guys were very nice. They seemed very knowledgeable. I got the $54 screen... with a screen protector. When one guy was putting it on, another man(I believe the owner) was informing another customer that $54 is a lower Grade screens, but the $75 screen is better and has better color. I left with my $54 dollar one...Got to work and compared phones and my phone was SOOO dull. I called back, explaining so they said I can come back and get the more expensive one. I went back, they put it on with a screen protector. I got back to work, STILL DULL. So incredibly frustrating. I think realize, I think it's the $15 screen protector. Another waste of money, so I take it off. Sure enough, the color is perfect. But was the cheaper screen perfect too? Was it just the screen protector?? Still frustrated. After a week, I'm txting and I hear my screen clicking on the slide, about and inch from the top of the screen. The screen wasn't on properly. There was a gap under the screen making it click. I was out of town when I notice this, and of course! 2 hrs later, my phone slides off my couch onto carpet (less than a foot drop) and the screen completely shatters. So about $90 for a screen that wasn't on correct and the off colored protector, my screen is completely shatterered again. It's been about a month now. I'm so frustrated with all of this, that I am not deciding to post it. They guys seemed very knowledgeable and nice, So I trusted that the screen would last. read more

I left my phone here for 5 hours for only a broken screen repair and when I returned 5 hours later the phone was not even touched and the work was not completed. I came in 5 minutes before closing to pick up the phone and then they act like its my fault that im keeping you behind and rushing me out of the store-not able to ask any questions. Long story but my girlfriend got her note 4 the day it came out had it for about a month and broke the screen. Shattered the thing to a state of despair. So fast forward to about 3 months later, her birthday is coming up so I decide to fix her screen for her. So many other places were charging an arm and a leg but it's understandable, so Calling around I finally came across this establishment. It was a little sketchy at first because I've never had to fix a phone before so giving someone my money with the possibility of them ripping me off I was a little hesitant. These guys immediately talked business, told me how it was and said their reviews and customers speak for themselves and I can call them out on their bluff if the proof where they get their parts from is true or not. So I took in consideration that they are 5 stars, they do have nothing but positive if not dramatically impressive reviews.I can tell the owner is very detailed and wants to make sure you have the BEST experience you can have that you will get your money's worth. So I'm writing this review in my car going over the phone and I can tell you it's like a brand new phone. The work is amazing and their word is definitely one to be trusted. So I'm admitting something here that I wouldn't at home: a birthday was coming up THE NEXT DAY and I hadn't given that much thought to the gift. And then I remembered the cracked ipad. During breakfast (at Nat's Early Bite, of course) I casually wrote around asking for quotes by merely viewing local places here on yelp. Juda, wrote back immediately with a reasonable quote, said he could do it that day in less than two hours and I grabbed the ipad and RAN there. I was given a time to pick it up and the birthday recipient, looking for the ipad was delighted to here I'd absconded with it and wanted to come to the repair place. (Didn't mention it all happened that day, since I wasn't told when the missing Ipad was noticed). And it was pretty great repair, making all the difference in the world. Juda was doing it all himself, handling a nicely crowded line of people and doing the repair which is really solid. He said he'd back it up. My big birthday issue saved my ass, and Juda did it by saving the ipad. I was a little nervous based on the couple of negative reviews here. My experience is one of complete satisfaction. So take it for what it's worth. Just don't mention it was a same day birthday surprise. read more
