Stopped by because my main work computer 5year old (IMac) stopped working properly, the display stopped performing. So I (as usual) went to the Apple Store Genius Bar first & Apple told me it'll cost me $500 & a weeks time to buy a new video chip to fix my computer, so I went home to think about it. Then I messaged Dr Digital & Juda got back to me right away with a response followed by a phone call letting me know that he could repair my video chip, & to fix my IMac it would cost me less than half of what Apple quoted. So I dropped off my computer right away & Juda got it back to me within a few days working just fine. Juda was super helpful, he gave me a lot of hope that it was an easy & affordable fix. Super happy with the cost & the result. Since then I've been back again & brought my iPhone in for a broken screen, which was also fixed fast & more affordable than any other repair service. I had a busted iPad that I had serviced at another place, I didn't know if the screen was bad or the mother board. so the owner took the screen off and swapped it out with another one, and we found out the motherboard is bad. The screen on my iPhone 6s Plus was cracked and through searching Yelp, I found Dr. Digital had the best ratings and affordability. Went in one night and 20 minutes later, I walked out with a brand new screen. No fuss. I did notice, right away, that the touch/home button was all of a sudden glitchy. They guaranteed a 30-day warranty, so I figured if it kept acting up then I'd go back. Sure enough, two weeks after the replacement my phone had all sorts of glitches. I'm no tech guru, but all of the glitches started after the screen was replaced. I went back and Judah immediately replaced the screen again, without question. That second replacement caused the Touch ID on the home button to completely shut off, so he replaced the screen yet again. Took him three screens, total bad luck, I guess. I'll admit, I was slightly irritated after paying $140 for the replacement that I had to go back and get it fixed. BUT the service that Judah provided exceeded my expectations. For that, I'm appreciative...and he didn't charge me a single extra penny, despite having gone through three replacements. Definitely deserves a positive review. read more

Unfortunately, my phone went on the fritz. By day 4, My iPhone acted like a ghost was touching the screen w random apps and links opening up for 10 seconds at a time. It calmed down but within a few months, the screen just stopped working. It wasn't cracked, it just stopped transmitting my typing. I would have to touch letters 3-4 times to input them. Try texting like that. It really grates on your nerves. The service was good and the price was cheap. I was offered a warranty but if you have to do it 3 times to get it right, I think I should go somewhere else. Three stars for the price and service, but minus 2 stars for defective product. read more

This review was a very long time in the making. These guys are fantastic. I had serious problems with my old Sony VAIO. When I brought it in, the immediate recommendation was a new computer. My machine was old and I own a social media startup, so it gets used constantly. It was literally falling apart. They felt that there was a VERY small chance that it could be the processor. I opted to replace the processor and they were right: that wasn't the problem. Knowing that my budget was limited, these guys went way above and beyond to try and isolate the problem and find some way to save me the money that a new computer would cost. In the end, they were correct and I should have taken their initial advice. They eventually transferred my old data onto a drive and everything is now on my new machine. In other words: everything is back to normal and had I listened to them, I could have saved some money. Both Juda and Sam are extremely professional, friendly and very good at what they do. More than that, they are honest which you really can't put a price on. I definitely recommend Dr. Digital. read more
