I should have read yelp reviews before getting my jacket cuffs hemmed here. Paid more than the cost of the jacket which I love it. The fabric is a little difficult to work with, but they seemed like they didn't speak much English, including the young girl, but they seemed like they could do it. They quietly hashed over the price in a different language. I didn't have time to go elsewhere and decided to go here. Just picked up my jacket, and guess what?! They speak English pretty well!! OMG, why didn't you talk much when I first came in? Everyone was so quiet, so I thought it was difficult to communicate. The cuffs have areas where it bundled up too much, and the width isn't the same as the original and the thread is tighter, thread should have been wider to prevent the bunching. They told me it was difficult to work with and they couldn't straighten it out, but they should've stopped working if they couldn't confidently do it or call me after they attempted the first cuff. I love this jacket and now It just reminds me how I overpaid for the extra work. :( Please speak English and communicate to your customers to help them understand what they're paying for. People mostly bring in things to repair that they love. I could've done this myself at home, but thought they had a better sewing machine that could handle the fabric better. This family does a good job with there product but they over charge and the wait time is ridiculous and they try to hike the price up for pick up. I pay when I drop off and they dont like that. Also, they dont speak english and you cant get any questions answered. I will go back just for the service but over priced and service has a language barrier. read more

Would not recommend this place. Took a bed quilt to be cleaned and they ruined it. Didn't clean it right got it back with a dirty musty smell that I can't get it out. Took it back to have them fix it and they refused too. backHorrible business place. No star read more

Worst dry cleaning experience ever. There have been a few times over the years where the cleaner might find a stain they can't remove or have some other issue, but they would notify me and make sure I was made aware right away. I've even had a dress ruined before but the cleaner did their best to make it right. In this case, I took a brand new, white blouse I'd just purchased (and inspected) to Dr. Dryclean and they returned it to me with yellow stains along the shoulder and sleeve that looked steam pressed into the fabric without even a mention. I had to discover the stain after driving all the way home so I drive back to ask if they could help remove the stain. The man comes out from the back to talk to me and says, "Oh, I already tried 2 times and it won't come out." Feeling distraught, I tell him the stain wasn't there before and they should've notified me when the stain was discovered or created (especially when it couldn't be removed) and he just started arguing with me so at that point I'm at a loss and decide to leave. Not only did they ruin my new top, they charged me for it--were totally rude and ruined my day. I would advise against using this company to care for your clothing. read more

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for as long as I can remember, at least 10 or 15 years. I've never had a problem with my items, they've always been perfectly done and on time, and I've even taken numerous pairs of pants there to be altered or repaired. I had been using Dr Dryclean for 20 years. The original owners were great. They sold the cleaners and the service has not been the same. The prices have increased, their alterations take too long and wouldn't put a button on a pair of shorts! I have found another cleaners close to Dr Dryclean and they are cheaper and quicker. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by their business practices. I brought a jacket in to be cleaned and paid in advance since they were going to need 5 days instead of the advertised one day to clean it. When I came in today they insisted on withholding my clothing, saying I had never paid and only requested a price quote which couldn't be further from the truth. The owner manhandled my jacket and spoke to me in a manner that came across as racist and demeaning. I am f****** pissed that I ever entrusted my clothing to them, and all things considered the fact that they refuse to believe that they could be wrong was astounding. I called and asked if they did wedding dress alterations, to which they said yes they did. I made an appointment with the person on the phone, who i'm assuming does the alterations. I go there. She was not there, jut this man who i can tell does not want to even fool with me. I put on my dress and he told me that I couldn't hem my dress and he fought with me about what I wanted done. Then He asked me to stand on this old plastic lawn chair. You know the ones with the slits on them. Yeah.. try standing on those in high heels. Ruined my $400 Silk Sheets! I paid them for a dry cleaning on these sheets and they completely destroyed them. Come to find out, they charged me for a dry cleaning and instead just put them in the washer! What a complete waste! Never going there again. read more

I've been using them for several years now. The gentleman really knows fabric, advising me which colors/fabric need dry cleaning and which are OK for laundry. Everything always comes out great! Both he and his wife are always courteous. I've had some hemming of pants, cheap and well done too. read more

They do a fine job actually cleaning your clothes but I wouldn't really consider it green friendly. Each time I picked up my clothes they noticeably smelled like chemicals and when you need a fresh shirt for a hot date there's no cologne that's going to help you out! read more

I had been looking for a place that would clean and box my lace wedding dress-for a good price: very hard to find! I live in the city, and everywhere there wanted well over $300! All of the specialty wedding dress stores have the same overpriced options-plus they send your dress 'out' somewhere to get cleaned. . .it all seems a a bit complicated: all you need is for the dress to be drycleaned well, and boxed up safely. Well this place did just that! When I called for a quote; I did not get the usual questioning like, "well how many layers of lace? How dirty is it?" Blah blah-this place gave a flat rate; $160-and this was the total; no questioning. I like that, straight forward. Picked it up: I cannot believe how georgous these people got my filthy dress! My dress was almost brown inside from all my fittings after a spray tan, plus the wedding day-spray tan+sweating/dancing for over 10hours in it! And I had the time of my life on my day; best party ever: so this dress looked it. . .and I didnt care, because that is not what the dress was about and I didn't care if it looked dirty forever. But now that the black bottom of the dress (from dragging all over the dance floor and everywhere!) is back to white, and the inside-the whole thing looks back to original condition, it is beautiful! And the box is well done-nice clear window on the front, so I can look at it without having to take it out:-) My dress had all the stuff on it, that is probably a dry cleaners worst nightmare; lots of layers of lace, tulle, brown spray tan stains, a sewn in NuBra (which he took out to clean, then replaced after the clean-@no extra charge!), and a nearly black bottom of the dress!- this couple (i think it is a husband wife team); they did the job really well. They ruined my silk top. I had been going there for about 2 years with no problems and bringing in the same blue silk top I wear to work, not sure if someone new cleaned it but when I picked it up it had "lines" all over it like it had faded in those spots. They offered to re-clean it and it didn't help. I asked for compensation, $40, half the price and the lady rolled her eyes and handed me a business card and asked me to call back in a few days. That was about 2 months ago, I never called back and I never picked up the top, horrible service, I don't even want to deal with it and either do they as they haven't contacted me about it still being there. read more

Nice cleaning on my comforter. One odd thing though: I asked to see it (it had a really bad stain and I was excited to get it clean). The man looked really mad and said, "You don't trust me!" I couldn't believe he could be so weird. Don't think I'll be back. read more

I 've used this place for a while, the lady has plenty of knowledge of alteration, the clothes are always nicely pressed, also this store did a fantastic work with my wife wedding dress, the cleaning was good and then they put it in a beautiful box, prices are reasonable, I will definitely be back! read more
