He demanded that I pay him in full, in advance, for an HVAC installation in my home via a Zelle request and PayPal friends/family link so that he could get the funds instantly and 'buy the equipment' immediately to install 2 days later. He never showed, rescheduled on me three times, again never showing up, and is now not returning my outreach to return the full funds back, nor Angie's List's outreach. He has been removed from the Angie's List website due to fraudulent services. Do not trust him. He is a crook. read more

Highly recommend. Michael was able to start the work very quickly when I asked, and it was done in a very timely manner. He seems like a good guy and straight shooter, and very reasonable on price as far as I can tell. When a few unexpected things came up and they had to put some holes in the wall around the units they were working on, he made sure someone came by within two days to patch those up and paint, no extra charge. I believe Mike means well. He responds quickly to text messages. Unfortunately he pushed the appointment we had scheduled, for 5pm on a Monday, to 7pm, then 9pm, then 12am, and then didn't show. On Tuesday he said he could come at 5pm again and I gave him another chance. The same thing happened: it was pushed to 8pm, then 10pm, then 12am, and didn't show. Michael guided me through the process of what kind of water heaters to purchase, also sent one of his employee's with me to Home Depot to bring the water heaters back on his truck. trying to get in touch with Mike. he installed my boiler a year ago. did a bad installation...boiler is already leaking water and the switch is faulty as well as the pipes not being installed correctly...super unprofessional...this conpany needs to be closed down for false everything. Terrible experience. Job was for a replacement ductless system. Mike came in asked for half down but wanted it in cash. Should have been my first red flag, I insisted he take a check, and he did, reluctantly. The contract was for a one-day installation, turned into five days and not finished. I told him I needed the job finished because i had to go in for surgery and wouldn't be back for two weeks. Then after installing some of the components he asked for another portion of the agreed price because he had to pay his employees. Job still not finished and I went in for surgery. Two weeks later He then came back and said he'd finish on July 18. He didn't finish because he said it was raining and didn't want o damage components. I asked, can't you cover it with a tarp?. Not finished. He them was supposed to come by today, 8/25 to finish. Said he'd be here at 12am, then 12'30 then no show. He is a Lier and a scam artist. I ended up with a system that doesn't function, hole in one wall and dirty fingerprint on all walls where air handlers are installed I also have one air handler that's not level and if turned on would drip water into my bed room. .Do not use him. He will take your money and not give you what you paid for. He took me for almost 13K. read more

Needed a couple hot water heaters replaced. Michael gave me a quote within an hour. He was very communicative leading up to the appointment and arrived exactly when he said he would.
